Чистый, уютный номер. Большой ухоженный двор. Наличие беседок, лежаков. Возможность выбора питания: можно готовить самим, либо же заказывать в усадьбе. Приятные, гостеприимные хозяева.
Далековато от центра. Рядом проходит железнодорожная ветка.
