Is the room price final or do you charge for the reservation?
All prices on our website are final. We do not charge a commission for booking from users, since the commission is not paid by the guest, but by the hotel itself, for the reservation.
Can I buy a tour, air ticket or apply for a visa through World.Hotels24.ua?
We specialize only in hotel booking.
World.Hotels24.ua is not a travel agency and does not sell tours and air tickets. We do not provide direct visa support, but we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a booking confirmation directly from the hotel on the official form, if such confirmation is required for visa processing.
What do I need to make a reservation?
Depending on the model of our cooperation with a particular hotel, you will be offered one of three ways of booking:
- Reservation guarantee
- Booking without a card
- Payment for reservation
To guarantee a reservation, you need to provide your credit card details. The credit card details you provide are sent to the hotel and are for the hotel a guarantee of your arrival. The hotel can check your card (pre-block funds) to make sure it is valid and have sufficient funds on it.
When booking without a card, you do not need to provide bank card details. You leave only your contact information.
If you have chosen a hotel that cooperates with us on a model with full prepayment, you pay the reservation through World.Hotels24.ua. You can pay by credit card.
How can I cancel my booking?
To cancel a reservation, call our operators by phone. +38 098 430-08-42 or +38 044 392-84-63. Inform them of cancellation and your reservation will be charged. Calls are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I make a change to my reservation?
You can change your reservation by calling our operators by phone.

Can you provide a booking confirmation on the hotel form for visa application?
If the embassy or visa center of the country you are traveling to requires confirmation of the booking directly from the hotel - please contact our support team at tel. 38 067 430-08-42 or +38 044 392-84-63, and we will request a confirmation from the hotel for free.
Please note: we can not guarantee that the hotel will agree to provide confirmation, but will do our best to help you. Confirmation from the hotel for visa application is made by the hotel staff on the official hotel form with the manager's signature and stamp.
Can I book a transfer to the hotel?
Information on the possibility of providing a transfer can be found on the hotel page in the section "Services and Facilities".
If you want to order a transfer or specify the size of the additional fee, contact the hotel. Hotel contact details are included in the booking confirmation, which is sent after the booking is made to the e-mail address specified by you.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Usually, early check-in is possible if there is an available room in the hotel at the time of arrival. World.Hotels24.ua can not guarantee the possibility of an early check-in at the hotel, as it depends on the hotel.
Most hotels have luggage storage where you can leave your items for free until the check-in hour. Some hotels charge an early check-in fee.
Do you provide documents for accounting?
For accounting you need the following documents:
1. A document confirming the payment of the reservation.
If you pay by credit card on our website, we will provide you with a document confirming the payment of the reservation. For the receipt of the document, please, contact our support service by phone: 38 044 392-84-63 after payment of the booking or write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you pay for accommodation directly at the hotel, the document confirming the payment of the reservation will be provided to you by the hotel administrator upon payment.
2. Receipt (certificate) of residence in the hotel.
It must be provided by the hotel administrator during check-out. Please note that World.Hotels24.ua can not provide you with this document, as only the hotel administrator can confirm the fact of your residence.
Do not forget to take a travel certificate from your employer.
Do you provide an invoice and other closing documents?
We do not take commissions or other fees from our customers and act as agents on behalf of Emerging Travel Inc. on receipt and transfer of payments in case of payment of the hotel prior to check-in. This is not our business operations, so we do not make out an invoice and accounting documents.
