Все ок, все сподобалось. Персонал привітний, номери чисті. Сніданки смачні та ситні. Однак, шалено великий мінус - це подача сніданків. Сніданки розпочинаються о 7:30, приходиш о 7:25 і треба чекати до 8:00 на сніданок!!! Це просто жах!!! На роботу вчасно потрапити у вас шансів немає. Прохання на рецепції, щоб сніданок на 7:30 вже був готовим точно жодного результату не дає. Каву зробити можуть, а от молоко до неї підігріти вже немає змоги. Якщо ви думаєте, що чекаючи на сніданок 30 хв. ви його отримаєте гарячим, то ні, він буде ледь теплим. Все ок в готелі, але подача сніданків в жодні рамки не влазить.

Вау. В мене був найкращий номер суперіор за всю історію перебавуння в номерах мережі Reikartz, а повірте, я був майже у всіх готелях цієї найбільшої і найочикуванішої мережі в країні. Так, я не був, наразі, навіть, на сніданку, але ж який технологічний і класний цей номер! Світло - супер, сучасний, хоч і невеликий smart TV, елегантні крісла, величезне безкрає панорамне вікно, класні м'які рушники, суперський душ, тепла підлога, площа номеру, матрац.. Поки що все - просто бездоганно. Ай-яй-яй. Так тримати. Справжній оазис. Тепер в цьому місті є дві прикраси: могутній Дніпро і Reikartz HG.

Новый отель, чисто, удобное расположение

Завтраки, это какой-то ужас… Горячая вода идёт, когда ей захочется, а не когда нужно. Проблемы с отопление, периодически, но это объяснимо, отель новый идёт наладка систем.
