How do I receive the booking confirmation?

After booking the room, you will receive an Act of Payment (voucher) to your email address. If you book a room with a prepaid rate, you will receive a confirmation after payment.

Is it possible to cancel the reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Information on the cancellation conditions for your room can be found on the hotel page on our website, as well as in the Check-in Act that came to your post office after booking. In case you made an advance payment for the details that the hotel provided you, please contact the hotel regarding the refund.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you canceled your reservation during the free cancellation period (listed on the hotel page on our website, as well as in the Check-in Act), no cancellation fee will be charged, and all money you paid for the room will be refunded to you.
If you booked a room without prepayment (without a financial guarantee), no cancellation fee applies, regardless of the cancellation period.
If you canceled your reservation after a period of free cancellation, you will be charged a penalty in the amount established by the hotel.
If you have canceled the reservation for the "50% Discount" promotion, will be charged the entire amount you paid for the stay.

How do I get the money back if I cancel the booking?

If you cancel your reservation during the free cancellation period (indicated on the hotel page on our website and in the Check-in Act), we will refund your money within 14 days. Residents of Ukraine - transfer to the Privat Bank card. It is also possible to return to the card of another bank in Ukraine. Residents of other countries are refunded to the card by payment system Platon.

Can I arrange a transfer to the hotel / hotel?

I can not pay with a bank card, what should I do?

First, remount the payment by entering all the data manually. Pay special attention to the correctness of entering the validity period of the card (on the card it is specified in month / year format), to enter CVV / CVC code. If you do not know where the code is located, do not try to guess it. CVV / CVC code is, as a rule, the last three digits on the back of your card. How can I leave a review about the hotel?

You can leave a review about the hotel, if you lived there, and the reservation was made using our website. After check-out, a letter will be sent to your email address with the request to leave a review about the hotel. If you have not received the letter, please contact info@hotels24.ua
In the event that you did not specify the email address when booking, you will be sent an SMS message with a link, when navigating, you can leave a review.
