Водій, візитку якого дали на рецепції
Неприємні враження почались з моменту заселення, замість напівлюксу на 4 спальних місця нам дали два звичайних номери, уточнивши шо між напівлюксом і ними нема різниці. Стан номерів жахливий, відірваний паркет, побиті стіни, плями на постілі, відірваний плінтус, телевізор розміром з телефон, на якому є 2 з половиною канали, навіщо його взагалі туди ставити я не знаюб шумоізоляція впринципі відсутня. Готель привид, знайти хоч когось з персоналу неможливо, на весь готель один фен і одна сітка для грилю, фен розміром як кулак. Гарячу воду треба очікувати хвилини дві, вид з вікна на сусідній готель або на рів під готелем. Готель знаходиться досить далеко від жд станції на пагорбі, можуть бути труднощі як при пішому добиранні так і на машині.

Отличный доброжелательный персонал, отличная кухня с огромными порциями.
Плесень, паутина/пауки в душе, горячая вода появляется через минуту/две после того как стечет. Плохая шумоизоляция. Надежность замка двери оставляет желать лучшего. Самой большой проблемой является добирание до отеля, если вы приехали поездом, а не на своей машине. Водители на бобиках крайне не охотно соглашаются ехать, а если соглашаются то за конскую цену. За машину от отеля до Тростяна запросили 500грн, что в случае если вас всего двое получается довольно дорого.
