Відпочивали на Новий рік, в цьому готелі, отримали купу позитивних задоволення. Хочу повернутися в цей готель тільки влітку. Окрема подяка Павлу з ресторану) 🫶🏻 та всьому персоналу.

Це той випадок ,коли ти нічого такого не очікуєш, але отримуєш все! Вибрали отель випадково, але жодного разу не пожалкували про свій вибір. Зручне та гарне розташування, дуууже приємний персонал, свіжа та смачна їжа, щоденне якісне прибирання, стильні номери, жодне наше прохання не залишилося без уваги, особлива подяка персоналу на ресепції та в ресторані.Цей отель буду радити своїм друзям, та ємаюбажання повернутисяі відпочити саме в цьому отелі влітку.

Готель чудовий, в гарному місці. Привітний персонал. В номері кавомашина, але б хотілося кави хоча б на два рази зробити, а не на один. Також була вода, чай. Номери просторі, чисті. Наявні халати.

Готель підходить для дуууже спокійного відпочинку. Чудовий басейн. Територія хоч і мала, але красива та охайна. Та не дивлячись на очевидні плюси, мінусів багато: По-перше, сніданкі( входять у вартість номера) за тиждень відпочинку, абсолютно однакові, ну зовсім! Не знаю, коли захочу знов омлет та сосиски... По-друге, якщо ви готові викласти за порцію бограча 350 грн, я вже не кажу про інші страви, тоді все ок. Особисто я вважаю, що це якось занадто. По-третє, прибирання номера, це заміна рушників і все! За весь період, жодного разу не поміняли постіль. А для готелю, в якому стандартний номер коштує понад 20 тис. грн за тиждень, це якось дивно... Ну і ще дуже багато різних дрібниць, на які ми просто не хотіли звертати увагу. Ну і головне розчарування: бронювала номер через сайт готелю, потім зателефонувала в готель, там мені бронь підтвердили, та ще, сказали що для військових надають знижку 10%. Чоловіку це було дуже приємно. Він за півтора року вперше йшов у відпустку. Але коли ми приїхали нас зустріла дівчина адміністратор, яка сказала що ні, знижки не буде, тому що замовлення робилось через якій сервіс. Хоча і заходили ми на сайт самого готелю. Така новина звісно буда неприємна. Але знову ж таки, ми приїхали відпочивати, тому спокійно прийняли це. Але, трапилось так, що ми стали свідками суперечки на рецепції, справа була в номерах, які чомусь були зайняті, а люди приїхали попереднь їх забронював. Готель зробив їм знижку 20% за незручності..... А тепер питання: чому так легко відмовили в тому що обіцяли, військовому, що приїхав з війни, і так дуже легко надали набагато більшу знижку клієнтам, які залишились без номера, тому що готель зробив помилку.... P.S. Через декілька днів, як був написаний відгук, з готелю перезвонили та вибачитись. Це говорить про те, що адміністрації не байдужа репутація закладу.
