Суперове місце , дуже класне спа , ресторан відмінний ціни відповідні до сервісу і якості. Прикольний чан на території також є спорт зал. Особливо хочу відмітити чудову анімацію як для діток так і дорослих . Все в межах доступності колиба, зоопарк і джерело. Одне що саме не відповідає рівню комплексу, це відсутність на сніданках харчування для дітей віком 2-7 років немає чим накормити. Просили в адміністрації щоб просто макарони відварили або картоплю. Сніданок чудовий як для дорослих. Майте це на увазі при плануванні відпочинку з дітьми.

Відпочивала з подругою в отелі "Ведмежа гора" з 18 до 25 травня. Сподобалося абсолютно все!!! Номер, обслуговування, територія, сніданки, спа. В отелі відчувається особлива, дбайлива, сімейна атмосфера! Для нас це мало велике значення. Багато уваги приділяється дітям, на 6-му поверсі чудова величезна дитяча кімната. Отель можна сміливо рекомендувати родичам та друзям. Обов'язково повернемося сюди!

Надзвичайно гарний, сучасний готель сімейного типу з чудовими панорамними видами на гори. Дуже сподобалось обслуговування, привітний персонал. У нас зламалась машина, нам допомогли вирішити цю проблему, на рецепшн адміністратори відгукнулись на нашу проблему і дуже допомогли. Дуже смачна їжа на сніданках і в ресторані. Сподобалась сучасна дитяча кімната, де проводились різні майстеркласи і інші розваги для дітей, також дівчатка-няні були дуже уважними та заохочуючими до розваг. В цілому враження просто супер, обовʼязково повернемося ще. 👍👍👍

Ідеальний готель для сімейного відпочинку. Будьте впевнені відпочивати будуть всі - ДІТИ з аніматорами у дитячій (там розваги, аплікації, приставки, дискотека і тд) ДОРСЛІ в цей час можуть відвідати SPA, погуляти територією, відвідати одну з програм які пропонує готель саме для дорослих. Мені дуже сподобалася «Чайна церемонія» де розказали про китайську культуру чаювання та розкрили історію ну і звісно скуштували чай))) Дуже приємний персонал, завжди раді допомогти і відповісти на будь яке запитання. У ресторані в готелі гарна подача страв. Сніданки, які входять у вартість, дуже смачні і різноманітні. Я прям не знаю, як виказати всю мою радість перебування в цьому готелі! Я відчуваю турботу, відчуваю як власники вклали свою любов в це прекрасне місце, як піклується про нього персонал! Однозначно рекомендую для всіх цей готель!

Відпочивали в корпусі панорама з видом на гори. Загалом дуже сподобалось, всі привітні, сервіс хороший, вид на мільйон. Із рекомендацій -добре було би подумати над розміщенням поточної парковки і її асфальтуванням(це однозначно необхідно). Нюанс, який став неприємним сюрпризом відбувся в день виїзду. Був сніданок, поснідали. Вирішили взяти в дорогу дитині зі сніданку кекс, оскільки зʼїсти прямо в ресторані він його не хотів. Шановна адміністрація, якщо ви позиціонуєте роботу своєї команди як таку, що ви завжди готові допомогти Гостям з будь яких питань, то зверніть увагу, що адміністратор на сніданках 08.05 навіть не дослухавши моє звернення на половині моєї фрази відповіла - нажаль ні! Я ввічливо, з усією повагою, підійшов до дівчини біля бару(адміністратора) і намагався сказати: Я перепрошую, я хотів би попросити взяти кекс дитині, оскільки ми зараз вирушаємо в дорогу. Але приблизно на слові: хотів би взяти кекс - мені вже відповіли відмовою, не вдаючись в деталі. Я чудово розумію для чого встановлені правила не виносити їжу зі сніданку, але хотілося би, щоб адміністратор ресторану, хоч трохи поринав в деталі і суть звернення. Це було індивідуальне прохання і перевірка на відношення і гнучкість. Загалом осад остався від такого відношення. За весь період перебування такого не зустрічалось більше. Всі дуже привітні і ввічливі. Це був єдиний прикрий момент(

Відпочивали у "Ведмежій горі" сім'єю і залишились в мега-позитивних емоціях після цього. Перше, що вражає - це неймовірна краса території, де знаходиться готель. Красиві гори, спів пташок зранку зачаровує) Вид з нашого номеру виходив прямо на гори, це красиво) прокидаєшся і бачиш гори) Дуже класно, що на території готелю є зоопарк, де можна покормити оленів, кроликів, овечок та різних пташечок) А ще є великий басейн із зеленою зоною СПА і саунами. Також є відкритий басейн, але ми були в квітні і басейн був закритий. Здається, ще є окремий для діток))) До речі, в кого є дітки, для них щодня організовують багато розваг) тож відпочивають всі)) Протягом відпочинку ми мали змогу відвідати йогу та чайну церемонію. Дякуємо дівчатам за цікаві майстер-класи) Було класно провести час в приємній та релаксуючій обстановці. Напевно на окремий пост заслуговує кухня ресторану та колиби, тому що вона там найкраща) шведська лінія на сніданок на будь-який смак, аж очі розбігаються))) а в колибі меню наповнене різними стравами карпатської кухні. А ще їх дуже красиво подають (до речі, вид з колиби теж на гори). Окремо дякуємо офіціантці Вікторії за те, що вона гарно радила нам страви, детально розповідала про них, а також за гарну посмішку і приємну комунікацію) Дякуємо Ведмежій горі за незабутній відпочинок та приємні враження)) точно повернемось))

Це готель і особливо його персонал забезпечили нам чудовий відпочинок в квітні цього року. Почнемо із заселення, яке по правилам повинно бути в 13:00, але враховуючи що наш номер був вільний нас заселили раніше - одразу по приїзду! Дуже смачні сніданки: свіжі фрукти, фреш, дитяче меню, мʼясні страви і сири) Для відпочинку з дітьми восени радимо саме готель Панорама, в якому розміщено басейни (в т.ч. дитячий і джакузі з тепловою водою) і Спа комплекс. Окрема подяка дитячим аніматорам і спортивним інструкторам (особливо Лізі, яка чудово в корисно проводить час з дітьми, вчить плаванню, також проводить індивідуальні уроки плавання для дітей), Вашій дитині віком до 9 років тут точно не буде нудно: ранкова руханка, групові плавання, майстер-класи, вечірня дискотека, перегляд мультфільмів з попкорном. Поряд з готелем в пішій доступності водоспади Дівочі сльози і водоспад Жонка, Карпати в мініатюрі, Вольєрне господарство! Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок і обовʼязково сюди повернемося!

Расположение отличное, мы просыпались под звуки водопадов. В отеле есть хорошие развлечения для детей. Бассейны пользовались большой популярностью, а от ловли форели мы все остались в восторге. Персонал был очень любезным.

Завтраки в ресторане не подходят для детей.

Серед всього що сподобалося, першим на думку спадає ресторан. Смачно, прекрасна подача страв і робота офіціантів. Хоча ціни загалом дорожчі, ніж в інших закладах Яремче, але воно того варте. Хочеться відзначити ставлення всього персоналу, а особливо працівників, які працюють з дітьми. В готелі для дітей обладнана двоповерхова дитяча кімната в приміщенні і окремо ще дитячий майданчик. А ще ж облаштований невеликий зоопарк і басейн.

Все чудово.
