класне місце, коли хочеться просто відпочити і не думати, де б поїсти і т.д. єдине, дуже багато людей у спа, які не проживають у готелі, а також неохайні ванні кімнати за таку ціну

Відпочивали в березні. При заїзді отримали бонус- номер вище категорією ніж замовляли, номера чисті, сучасний ремонт, щоденне прибирання, оновлення питної бутильованої води, чаю, соків. Весь персонал привітний, компетентний. Дуже зручна концепція ,,все включено,,. Їжа (шведський стіл) смачнюча, свіжа, особливо м,ясні страви. Чоловік дуже задоволений баром, до речі всі напої теж включенні у вартість ( джин, віскі, ром, вино, шампанське , коктейлі), безлімітно. Басейн теплий, з виходом на відкритий простір, хоча по вихідним , коли багато відпочиваючих, то трохи замало місця. Запах хлору є, але не критично. В басейні - кулери з питною водою, закарпатський свіжезаваренний чай , яблука. Дуже цікаве і смачне вечірнє барбекю, щоденно різні страви ( реберця, індейка, ковбаски, банош, шурпа, риба). Окрема подяка дівчатам з ресторану ,,Гебертус,,- дуже смачно готовлять традиційні українські страви. Відпочили добре, хочеться повернутися ще. Всім раджу!!!!!!

Хочеться залишити відгук про готель, відпочивали кінця грудня по перші числа січня: # Спа, великі басейни, тепла вода в дитячому. Не значний запах хлору, вода солона, після неї шкірна була ніжною. Сауна фінська більшу частину відпочинку була зачинена, хоча кількість бажаючих була великою. Була ще арома та пивна сауна. На підлозі в зоні спа постійно велика кількість води, не звернула увагу щоб її кількість хоч якось намагались зменшити. Кількість лежаків біля основного басейну не велика. # великий вибір страв, різноманітні, можна щось обрати для душі. Але хотілось би щоб вони трохи змінювалися, на сніданок постійно були млинці з різними начинками, а от сирники лише 1 раз за 8 днів. Сподобаласб зона барбекю,там були цікаві страви, смачні. #номер був жахливий, місцями шпалери повідклеювались, у ванній пліснява. Не вистачало освітлення, загалом номер був темним, нічого не видно. Напору води слабкий, не можливо налаштувати хорошу температуру на змішувачі або дуже гаряча, або відразу холодна. Але якість води чудова. Матраци твердющі, на них наматрасники непромокаючі, які шелестіли. Це хіба готельний рівень, коли спиш на клейонці?! В номері пильно, хто алергік то мене зрозуміє. #мило в брусочках, мильниці не було, не зрозуміло. Засоби гігієни на 2 дорослих та дитину на 8 днів мізерно мала, були поставлено 3 бутилочки (шампунь, бальзам і гель) додались ще одного разу. Покоївку треба було просити додати туалет.папір, воду, вона завжди питала - скільки вам? не знаю, чи не простіше просто ставити скільки треба на кожну людину на 1день. Такі засоби гігієни як спонжики були відсутні. Напевно все треба везти з собою, навіть гель для рук. # розташування на початку Яремче, в пішій доступності водопад Гук. Кожен день і ніч їздять потяги, бо поряд колія. Вночі не романтично, а шумно. # персонал ввічливий, йшли на зустріч у вирішенні напиш питань та пропозицій. Можливо ще відвідаємо даний готель, але днів на 2 максимум, заради спа.

Найбільше сподобалося ставлення працівників готелю до гостей. Старалися зробити наше перебування максимально комфортним, завжди привітні і швидко допомагали вирішити всі питання. Кухня шикарна, кожного вечора в ресторані готували якусь страву на вогні, а також в самому готелі варять смачне пиво кількох сортів.
В деяких номерах немає кондиціонерів, зранку сауна не зажди прогріта і готова до використання.

Меню в ресторані вище всяких компліментів. Смачні страви, кожного дня були якісь нові цікаві компліменти від закладу. Працівники всього прекрасно підготовлені і турботливі.
Wi-Fi не завжди працював. Біля басейну забагато лежаків, з одного боку всім гостям вистачало, але з іншого боку часом було складно пройти до самого басейну.

Чудове обслуговування і ставлення персоналу. До заселення встигли підготувати додаткове спальне місце, хоча попередньо ми бронювали номер тільки для двох. Прекрасна СПА-зона готелю, і в дитячому, і в дорослому басейні чудова температура. Смачна їжа в ресторані, є альтанки для відпочинку на вулиці.
Ми потрапили до ресторану майже перед закінченням вечері і гарячі страви до того часу вже не були гарячими.

Отдыхали с детьми 6 лет, все понравилось, дети в восторге от бассейна, детский, взрослый с выходом на улицу, есть на любой вкус...очень понравилась зона спа.
В бане не выдают полотенца и халаты, т е - приходится брать их из номера, и после бани нести все эти мокрые вещи обратно с собой ....соответственно в номере больше нет чистых полотенец..
