Відпочивали у готелі Avalon, нам дуже сподобалося відношення персоналу. У моєї мами був день народження і адміністрація в подарунок дала нам годину на спа з басейном. Дуже гарні та чисті номери , смачні сніданки!

Цього понеділка відвідали spa комплекс в готелі Авалон . Так як була вперше , адміністратор підказала куди пройти , дуже задоволена чистотою сауни )))) рекомендую хамам !

Якщо плануєте заселення, зверніть увагу на 2 речі: 1. Є сторона, де вікна виходять на залізничні шляхи, і якщо жити в них, то будете "оголошувати поїзди" і слухати як стіни трясусться, особливо коли йде товарний. Просіть "на проспект" - там шумно вдень, бо дорога, зате вночі, коли комендантська, то норм. 2. Не раджу "новий корпус" - я вперше побачила номер де немає жодної (ніякої) закритої шафки, тумбочки, тільки відкрита палка з вішалками. Цікаво, по задуму дизайнера, де людина має зберігати речі - розміщувати білизну, піжаму і все - на ту палку чи не викладати з сумки? І матрац це жах... навіть в самому дешевому номері має бути ліжко, на якому можна спати, а тут матрац такий м'який, що відчуття кроваті з "сіткою". Крім того, корпус окремо стоїть, рецепції в ньому немає, вхід "вільний", без картки на вході. Чесно кажучи, було страшнувато. Ну і "холодильник" був вночі. З позитивного: персонал ввічливий, привітний, проблеми вирішує швидко. Сніданки гарні, є вибір і м'ясного і щось для веганів чи постующих "шведська лінія" Номери чисті, охайні, оснащені всім необхідним, чайник можуть додати за проханням, якщо його немає а номері Вайфай працює.

Коли ми маємо тури в Тернопіль з нашою компанією "Київ - моє улюблене місто", то залишаємося у цьому готелі. Тут завжди чисто, комфортно, сніданки смачні, персонал привітний, бронювати номери не викликає ніяких труднощів. Це дуже приємно. Особливо для нас та наших туристів важливо наявність номерів твін (двомісний номер з роздільними ліжками). Avalon Palace – чудовий варіант. Нарікань від туристів на проживання в цьому готелі не було. Сам готель практично розташований в центрі міста, що дуже зручно для нас. Цей готель однозначно рекомендуємо.

Добрий день. Маю велике бажання залишити коментар даному закладу. Проводилось навчання тривалістю 3 тижні, на навчанні було 80- осіб усі проживали та харчувались і навчались в закладі. Відгуки у всіх залишись дуже - дуже хороші. Орендували конференц зал та організовували кави перерви все пройшло чудово. Адміністратори та весь персонал виконують свою роботу на всі п'ятірки і більше: компетентні, ввічливі, розуміють добре свою справу, просто професіонали👍. Залюбки будемо і надалі з ними працювати. У закладі дуже чисто, охайно, затишно, смачно, тепло. За три тижні здружились з адміністраторами і колективом закладу дуже привітні та приємні.

Сподобався і готель, і ресторан. Персонал привітний, в номерах чисто, є все необхідне, в ресторані дуже смачне меню.

Зупиняюсь в цьому готелі не перший раз, на протязі декількох років . Ніяких нарікань - стабільно високий рівень обслуговування . Хороша кухня , комфортні номери - все в робочому стані .

Поруч желізна і автомобіль ні дороги чути поізди і машини , нажаль цього не змінити

Шведський стіл, чистота в номері, щоденна заміна рушників і виніс мусору, кондиціонер працює, двері відкриваються карточкою, прозорий ліфт, приємне і чисте покриття підлоги, плазма і кабельне ТБ, все нове і чисте.

Cтіл в номері трохи непрактичний. Мусорний малий, але зате його регулярно очищають, для мене трохи незвично відкривати його ногою))

Заказали через Hotels24 два номера в Avalon Palace, и остались очень довольны: уютный отель с приветливым персоналом, красивым интерьером. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный - шведский стол. Очень удобно - большая охраняемая парковка при отеле. Благодарим отель за гостеприимство, будем в Тернополе, остановимся опять там.
