Сольва -это место где можно отдохнуть на все 100 % ..восстановить свои силы . Огромная территория ,протекает горная речка ,много цветов ...поют птички . Идеальное место. Есть возможность при желании пройти курс массажа и других медицинских процедур. Прекрасный бассейн( крытый ) с тёплой водой и гидромассажем . Терасса где можно позагорать... Я в восторге от самого здания в неоклассическом стиле ... можно делать фотосессии при желании... все очень чисто ,персонал старается поддерживать уровень ... Мелочь ,но ...полотенца в медицинском центре подобраны в цвет стен ))) В номере убирают каждый день ( но так ненавязчиво ,что я ни разу не встречала персонал ) Про еду отдельно : я брала только завтраки .... и еду подают не сразу когда ты пришёл, а готовят под тебя и подают горячей !!! Я короче в восторге и конечно приеду ... Много где отдыхала : и трускавец и миргород ... но Солва -реально высокий уровень . Тут все для отдыха и восстановления... и ещё очень хороший фактор ,что это закрытая территория ...нет толп гуляк ,глазеющих . А если вдруг станет скучно то рядом есть пешеходная тропа к поляне любви и в пешей доступности центр Поляны . Хочу выразить благодарность управляющей этим прекрасным комплексом Виктории . Красивый человек всегда хочет создавать вокруг себя красоту а не разрушения .

"Сольва" - найкраще місце для відпочинку у Поляні. Один з найкращих готелів Закарпаття. Тут все створено з душею і любов'ю. Затишно, спокійно, естетично, смачно, комфортно! Рекомендую Сольву всім, хто ще обирає місце для відпочинку. Дякую персоналу та керівництву готелю за чудовий відпочинок!

В этом отеле отдыхали впервые. По приезду, первые впечатления положительные. Из хорошего, отель расположен в красивом и уединенном месте. Большая территория, правда, требующая на тот момент(весна 2023 ),ухода. Уютные , просторные номера, бассейн с тёплой водой. Для отдыха души и тела, казалось бы все есть..... если б не одно но.... Главная и огромная проблема этого отеля - это ресторан, вот прям беда. Речь не о качестве, а о количестве. К поваром претензий нет, вкусно, спасибо. Еды катастрофически не хватает, если пришёл на 20 мин позже , то просто получаешь остатки, в лучшем случае. Салаты не пополняются, их разбирают мгновенно. В чем проблема закупить овощей в достаточном количестве, это сезонный продукт, который не стоит миллионов. Для уровня данного отеля , это большой минус. Читала отзывы и соглашусь с одним из них, где поход в ресторан , сравнивают с "голодными играми. Больше всего возмутил Ваш ответ: - " Причем это люди, подавляющее большинство, приехавшие по профсоюзным путевкам. Наш клиент так себя не ведет. " На минуточку, " люди, по профсоюзным путевкам" ,как Вы выразились, так же являются Вашими клиентами, гостями отеля. Т.е. Вы подразделяете своих гостей , пренебрежительно относитесь и минуса и слабые стороны отеля, просто прикрываете "профсоюзными людьми". Достойно и похвально для отеля , который себя позиционирует, как лучший! И для итога " профсоюзные люди" так-же оплачивают вам стоимость, они не едут бесплатно и хотят получить полноценный отдых. В целом отель понравился! Но Ваше отношение и подразделение отдыхающих ,смутило. Не прочитав Ваш комментарий, наверно, и не стала б писать отзыв. Спуститесь на землю и цените своих гостей, за счёт них Вы держитесь на плаву. Рабочий персонал старается.

Кращий готель в Поляні. Єдиний у якого є велика територія і доречі доступна тільки для проживаючих. Два басейни один внутрішній а другий на вулиці. Наразі в ньому йде реконструкція і до сезону його буде оновлено. Спортивна зала це тверда 5. Такої нема в жодному готелі. Медична частина - є всі необхідні процедури але коли багато відпочиваючих, то є черги. Харчування по типу шведської лінії. Вибір є, але хотілося б щоб адміністрація прийняла якісь дії, щоб гостям було комфортніше при виборі страв. Хоча розуміємо якщо одночасно прийде 100 людей то буде черга і стовпотворіння. Може харчувати людей у 2 зміни наприклад? Окрема подяка адміністратору Андрію за профессіоналізм.

Неплохой санаторий с современным сервисом, но постройка еще советских времен. Мой номер был простой, но чистый. Хорошо спалось, потому что воздух потрясающий. Предлагают много медицинских процедур, некоторые входят в стоимость пребывания, а за некоторые нужно платить (душ шарко, подводный душ, кислородная пенка и прочее). Но ценовая политика очень даже приемлемая.

Даже не знаю, что сюда написать, но думаю, что всегда есть над чем поработать.

Номера простые и чистые. Мебель есть вся, но старая. Есть кондиционер, теплые одеяла, если чего-то не хватает, нужно обратиться к администратору. Рядом много интересных мест для развлечения.

Цена-качество не соответствуют. Есть более комфортные условия в других отелях и санаториях за эти же деньги. Врачи принимают только 2 раза в неделю - готовьтесь сидеть в длинной очереди.

Красота Карпат завораживает. Квасовая Поляна - это самое главное для чего сюда нужно ехать. Нам понравилось обслуживание персонала, но питание не фонтан.

Не рекомендую селиться в Смеричке. В Шафране лучше.
