The spa hotel is located in the park area of Mezhihirya, on the banks of the Rika River. SPA - Hotel "Zhyva Voda" offers 39 comfortable rooms of deluxe, semi-luxury, standard and twin classes. For the convenience of guests, the hotel provides an elevator. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV, comfortable furniture, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. A feature of the complex is the presence of a pool filled with spring water. The indoor 25-meter pool is designed for 5 lanes, there are two towers for jumping into the water. There is also an aqua zone for children with slides and a climbing wall. For leisure in the summer, the hotel provides: bicycles, bicycles, excursion service, hiking tours, gazebos and a barbecue.
