Нет фена во всем отеле, отключается в обеден. В номерах не убирали и не меняли полотенца.

В номері брудно, під ліжком корки із різноманітних напоїв, непилосошено, вікна у санвузлі тримаються на скотчі, заліпленому по периметру вікна, відклеєні шпалери подекуди звисають великими штаками, теплої води нема ні ввечері, ні рано-вранці, персонал пропонує поливати Вас із чайника, на подвір’ї готелю басейн із залишками брудної води жовтого кольору із сміттям і палим листям (відчуття антисанітарії), рушники білого кольору із оранжевими плямами, покривала в жирних плямах, крани в умивальниках поламані, кухня не працює, при заселенні (прибули о 15:30) на рецепції тримали не менше 30-40 хвилин, мотивуючи це непорядними гостями готелю, які невчасно виселяються (те саме говорили гостям, які прибули на заселення годиною пізніше. у Ваучері ми замовляли покращений двомісний номер і плоским телевізором!!! і це коштує 820 грн./доба. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

Персонал. Отношение к гостям - выше всяких похвал. Ребята молодые, улыбчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали в 22 часа, нас накормили ужином. Место тихое, хотя и недалеко от центра.
Состояние мебели, сантехники. В отель явно не вкладывают деньги и он постепенно приходит в упадок.
