Дуже гарний готель, відпочивала з дітьми, дуже задоволені! Приємний клієнтоорієнтований персонал, високий рівень обслуговування! Неймовірно красива територія, доглянута, захоплює різноманіттям квітів! Смачна карпатська їжа, великі порції. Красиві номери, цілюща вода, чудова атмосфера. Рекомендую!

Дуже гарне місце . Відпочивали з дитиною і були задоволені. Просторі номери, смачна їжа, класний теплий басейн для малечі та для дорослих, різноманітні спа послуги які варто як мінімум всі спробувати. Територія взагалі як дендро парк, різноманітні квіти та дерева які доглянуті. Мені вже дуже не вистачає того виду з балконуна ліс, це повітря та спів пташок в лісі. Рекомендую всім хто хоче вирватися з квартир, та буденної мороки великих міст. Персоналу дякую за гостинність та бажаю процвітання і багато хороших клієнтів. Ми ще зустрінемося

Готель в самому центрі Поляни, що дуже зручно, все в пішій доступності. Вцілому все новеньке, ресторан гарненький, ліфт склянний, ремонт в номерах зроблений «як для себе», прибирання кожного дня, що теж дуже приємно. Меню сніданків теж нормальне, різноманіття є. Єдине, що не сподобалось- картопля по-селянськи, була суха та трошки пережарена, і пельмені, хочеться власноруч ліплених, а не купованих😅але це вже, мабуть ,примха, скоріше побажання. Басейн по розмірам теж хороший, вода тепла та чиста, навіть застали момент, коли перевіряли якість . Хоч номер був стандарт, вид класний, чути й видно як біжить гірський струмочок. Клас Вцілому залишились дуже задоволеними, думаю повернемось ще🥰

Відпочивали у котеджі на першому поверсі. Номер чудовий. Але котедж біля самої дороги і дуже чутно авто які їздять поряд. Також хотілося більше звуко ізоляції. На другому поверсі над нами заїхала сім'я з дітьми, це просто жах. Нормально відпочити в номері Ви не зможете. Тому якщо відпочивати, тільки готель. Територія гарна. Паркова для авто є.

Номер в якому проживали чистий на охайний, ванна кімната без запахів і теж чиста. Є типу «спа». Сольова кімната, гідромасаж, душ шарко та фітобочка. Сніданки смачні. Основне меню ресторану теж смачне, їли багато страв, один великий мінус - розрахунок лише готівкою.

Дуже сподобалося розташування готелю, гарна зелена територія, багато квітів, зелено, ланшафтний дизайн на високому рівні. Також номери чисті, прибирання щодня в номерах. В ресторані смачно готують, сніданки різноманітні і ситні. Охоронювана територія, привітний песонал. На кожному поверсі праска і зимовий сад з кріслами. А також великою перевагою є ліфт, зручно з номеру спуститися в халаті в басейн чи за мінеральною водичкою. Бювет в отелі також є перевагою, а також різні спа процедури.

Єдине, що перевантажений басейн і з інших отелів приходять відпочиваючі, дорогий трансфер і обіди не дешеві в порівнянні з іншими отелями

"Все в одном" Вы можете спуститься с номера в шлепках и халате на первый этаж к бювету, а еще ниже - СПА зона: (гидро- и обычный массаж, инфракрасная и обычная сауны, небольшой бассейн (включено в проживание. Тут, как правило, мало людей), соляная комната, хвойные и соляные ванны, бочка. В здании есть и ресторан. Готовят вкусно. А вот цена - кусается. Можно оплачивать все картой. Для детей есть детская комната и бесплатно предоставят детскую кроватку. На заднем дворе помимо детской площадки есть 3 беседки над рекою (у леса). В них - летняя кухня или мангал.

В этот раз в номере вентиляция в сан узле почти не работала. Гладильную доску в коридоре можно было бы заменить на новую.

Остались довольны отелем. Персонал, номер, пакет услуг - все ок. Некоторые особенности. В данной местности хорошо зарабатывают на питании. Цены будут не ниже Киева. Если будете останавливаться в этом селе, то отель "Фантазия" - самое то. + еще в самом отеле можно заказать трансфер в Берегово или Косоно: цена та же, но Вы платите кредиткой ;) В их ресторане очень вкусный рулет с маком (сами делают). Рекомендую.
