Большое спасибо. Было очень приятно общаться с персоналом. Номер отличный. Правда, раньше мы не отдыхали в таких отелях, и не знали некоторых правил. Вы извините нас. Но совет хочется дать. Предупреждайте возрастных клиентов о ВСЕХ ваших правилах

Хорошее обслуживание. Все вопросы решаются очень быстро. Уборка ежедневная. Горничные, как и весь персонал, молодцы. Спасибо! Смена полотенец ежедневно. Постелей-раз в 3дня. Порадовало, что в стоимость были включены завтраки. Еду из ресторана можно при желании заказать в номер. До 12часов можно бесплатно пользоваться бассейном и джакузи. Хаммам 250грн. Звукоизоляция в номерах нормальная. Очень хорошее месторасположение. До пляжа "Отрада" пешком с ребенком шли мин 20. Недалеко (мин 10) канатная дорога. Центр рядом. Парк Шевченко с парком развлечений в 20мин ходьбы. Вокзал в 15минутах пешком. До пляжа "Итака" на такси мин 15. Но побывать там стоит), тем более, что действует скидка отеля. Спасибо ребятам из hotels24 - учли мои пожелания, нашли отель в короткие сроки и даже со скидкой.

В номере нет чайника с чайными принадлежностями. Сейф бесплатно, но только на ресепшене (в номере сейфа нет) Только кондиционируемый воздух. Отель расположен возле оживленных дорог.

Чистенько, аккуратненько, в самом центре. Приятный персонал. Система климат-контроля в номерах. Скидки для проживающих в ресторане, клубе.

Номер Стандарт на 2 этаже практически без окна (маленькое узенькое окошко под потолком). Маленькая площадь номера.
