Чувствуется что персонал работает с любовью. Отдыхали в номере Полулюкс с трассой в Новом отеле, откуда открывался изумительный вид на горы, озеро и водопад. Прекрасное место для комфортного отдыха среди природы. Проживаешь, любуясь и гуляя по лесу. При этом пользуешься современным и качественным сервисом обслуживания, номером со всеми удобствами. Такое сочетание этого места, меня покорило. Персонал старается. Всегда отзывчивы и вежливы. Питьевая вода из минеральных источников Моршина. Питательная еда. Мне понравилось все, что здесь подавали. В номере было уютно. Много места. Отдохнула здесь и душой и телом. Непременно приеду сюда еще. Все советую здесь побывать.
Минусов я не нашла. Разве что до ближайшего магазина долго добираться, около часа пешком. Но скорее это были приятные прогулки, по свежему воздуху.

В готелі сподобалося все. Персонал уважний, ввічливий. Дівчата - адміністратори - просто найуважніші люди. Завжди все підкажуть і поцікавляться думкою клієнтів. Було приємно проводити час саме в цему готелі.

Все очень понравилось . Прекрасное место , очень красивая природа , комфортные номера , вежливый и приветливый персонал , хорошая кухня . Очень понравилось . Если будет возможность , с удовольствием приедем еще , хотела бы приехать еще летом . Спасибо большое за чудесный отдых персоналу отельного комплекса .
