Дуже сподобався готель! Чисті та затишні номери, привітний персонал і чудова атмосфера. Все було охайно, комфортно .Зручно розташований, поруч багато цікавих місць. Обов’язково ще раз тут зупинимось. Рекомендую! ⭐️

Це просто жах, а не готель! Не розумію, як він взагалі може приймати гостей. І судячи з численних коментарів — я далеко не перша, хто залишився в повному обуренні. Напір води — жахливо слабкий! Прийняти нормальний душ неможливо. Фенів у номерах немає, а коли я попросила на рецепції, мені дали якийсь маленький старий фен, який ледь дме і майже не гріє. Висушити волосся просто неможливо! Мила немає взагалі!!! шампунь і все. Як таке може бути у готелі, який бере гроші з гостей? Шумоізоляція — просто КАТАСТРОФА. Чутно абсолютно все: сусідів, коридор, кроки, відпочити неможливо. Заснути в таких умовах — місія неможлива. І найголовніше — персонал ресторану. Дівчина, яку я сьогодні вранці попросила бокал шампанського — просто хамка! А тепер про сніданок, якщо це взагалі можна так назвати. Це повний шок: сухе куряче м’ясо, шматок хліба, два переварені яйця і три маленьких шматочки огірка. Таке враження, що це залишки з учорашнього дня. Настійно не рекомендую тут зупинятися! Ви зіткнетеся з хамством, відсутністю елементарних речей, жахливою шумоізоляцією, зіпсованим настроєм і відчуттям, що про гостей тут абсолютно не дбають.

Готель хоч і відносно новий, але вже потребує ремонту, а особливо сан вузол плитка на підлозі відірвана, вода з душу ледь тече, фен відсутній! Сніданок потрібно замовити при заселені бо зранку шеф кухар (на собачій мові) повідомить що ви сьогодні в ресторані готелю не зможете поснідати, після такого спілкування і зовнішнього вигляду цієї людина снідати в цьому закладі перехотілось! Шумоізоляція в готелі відсуня, на коридорі можете почути як займаються коханням гості готелю, а також шум машин які ганяють цілу ніч!

Дуже задоволені! Місце розташування зручне, поруч купа магазинів,аптека, парковка прям під готелем, зручний заїзд. Персонал привітний. Готель чистий, сподобався дизайн. Ресторан в самому готелі також справив приємне враження і зовнішнім виглядом, і обслуговуванням,і стравами. Брали пательню із свининою - це смакота! Для невеличкого містечка як Бережани готель ,можна сказати люксовий .Бажаємо процвітання!

Ціна відповідає якості. Бо зовні готель виглядає сучасним, всередині - наче й підтримує це враження, допоки не знаходиш у душовій кабіні відламані дверцята, дбайливо притулені, наче так і має бути. Аби вода стала гарячою, вона має протекти хвилин 10-15. В номерах трохи прохолодно, проте можна ввімкнути кондиціонер, лише в деяких є холодильник. Чисто. На сніданок подають дуже смачну баварську ковбаску з рубленого м'яса. Сніданок хороший.

Все було дуже чудово, дуже гарний готель з не дорогими цінами, затишно і не далеко від магазинів. Персонал особливо мене порадував так як під час нещодавнього приїзду я зіткнувся з невеликою проблемою (був непрацюючий замок та не було довго гарячої води) але мені дуже швидко допомогли та замінили нам безкоштовно номер на інший. Раджу всім)) Буду приїзжати туди напевно кожного разу 😁
