Забронювали місце в ресторані завчасно залишили задаток, прийшли святкувати день народження, все було смачно, але в кінці в загальному чеку не вирахували задаток з загальної суми, можливо з розрахунку на те, що клієнт не подивиться в чек і не помітить. Довелося розмовляти з адміном і ввічливо просити ці кошти назад. Досвід прохань зіпсував враження. А, ще будь ласка полагодьте стільці, бо людина мало не впала.

Жах! Не рекомендую. В номері холодно, гарячої води немає. Халати відсутні. В номері брудно.

В номері немає халатів, про це не повідомляє персонал . Гарячої води немає, в номері холодно. Дуже брудно!!! Погане враження. За таку вартість, нікому не рекомендую!

Сподобалась привітна жіночка на рецепшені яка допомогла знайти місце розташування готелю.

Не сподобалось, що в номері було прохолодно. Не зручі розташування стільчиків і столу. Телевізор без виходу в інтернет. Номер взагалі не відповідає ціна - якість. Бажання бронювати номер в цьому готелі немає

З плюсів хороші жіночки на адміністрації, які все пояснили що є в номері. Сподобалось що була тепла вода в душі , холодильник. + Були тапочки тканинні у номері , мило , гель для душу та шампунь і невеликий фен.

Не сподобалося що дуже погано працював кондиціонер. Спати було не можливо бо дуже жарко , піт просто стікав по тілу. І якщо лягати спати о 10 годині з відкритим балконом то дуже голосно вмикалася музика та галасувати люди. Є маленькі недоліки це пляма на рушнику, дірки на простині , і кришки на дивані. Але на це майже не звертали увагу.

Немає кондиціонеру, на третьому поверсі жарко,немає банківського терміналу з оплатою номера.

Чисто та зручно гарний вид на пляж Товсті стіни забиспечели можливість відігратися вночі нечуючи сусідів

Трохи скрипіло ліжко ,хотілось би халат а нерушник коли виходиш з душу і саме головне в номері 2 телевізори працює чомусь тільки один і ніодин неможна підключити до інтернету та подивиться щось в інтернеті

Велика простора кімната)

На телевізорі тільки один канал,ще й російський 😶(номер 9) Відповідь готелю: В той день, коли проживала клієнтка, був зламаний тюнер і дійсно був один канал. На наступний день проблему виправили, викликали майстра. Російських каналів немає!

Дууже сподобалась простора кімната, м'яке ліжко. Самий кайф просто. Так виспались🤝❤️

Не зрозуміла кондиціонер трошки. Не холодило кімнату. Але то таке. Взагалі класний готель. Дякую❤️

Досить пристойний готель з першого погляду, але в номері сток в душі забитий, душовий шланг порваний, на стелі потьоки води і місцями багато неприбраного пилу. Ресторан за розкладом працює до 02.00 але о 00.30 вже зачинений. Двояке враження.
