Гарний та затишний готель,в номері тепло та чисто-відчуття справжнього Карпатського відпочинку

Відношення персоналу не сподобалось! 1) Серед ночі о 01.00 в двері, достатньо гучно ,постукав майстер готелю,якому був потрібен доступ до розподілювача електрики саме з нашого номеру. Пояснив це відсутністю світла у сусідів. Це досить не продумане розміщення розподілювачів,вартувало нам (гостям) ночі сну. Відповідь готеля: Доброго дня. Дійсно, 09.02.24 у нічний час до гостей приходили електрик з покоївкою, щоб вимкнути живлення. Це була вимушена міра, так як у сусідньому номері сталося коротке замикання електропроводки. У зв'язку з аварійною ситуацією, вони були змушені відімкнути живлення у будиночку, щоб запобігти загорянню. Ми розуміємо, що це створило певний дискомфорт для гостей, але проігнорувати дану ситуацію і чекати до ранку ми не могли, так як безпека гостей для нас являється одним із найголовніших пріоритетів! В свою чергу ми прийняли всі необхідні заходи по заміні електричної проводки у даному котеджі, щоб запобігти подібних ситуацій у майбутньому.
