The hotel-restaurant complex "Snow Queen" is located in the clean, cozy and picturesque corner of the Black Sea coast, in Illichevsk. The complex is a great place for work and leisure. It combines style and sophistication of the business of interior, combining a hotel, conference rooms, meeting rooms, barber shop, beauty salon, banquet halls, restaurants, bars. The hotel offers 40 comfortable rooms of various categories. (4 suites, 4 junior suites, 16 Superior and 16 Standard). Each room is equipped with all necessary facilities: modern with a plasma TV, satellite TV, direct dial local and international telephone connection, "the climate - control", mini-bar and safe. Чистый красивый город.
Сняли номера,чтобы переночевать.Но кровать оказалась сильно узкая для мужчины среднего телосложения. Так что выспаться не удалось.

1. Расположен в отличном месте, удаленно ото всей суматохи города. Рядом как минимум 3 супермаркета и небольшой рыночек. Конечная остановка 25 маршрута, коим быстро и удобно добираться из Одессы. 2. Приветливый и ввежливый персонал на ресепшн. Особенно администратор Виктория (кажеться). 3. До моря нужно пройтись, но нам это очень даже понравилось. 4. При отеле есть ресторан. 5. Наличие в холле общественного туалета. 6. В номерах убирают каждый день около 14.00 7. Неплохая система климат-контроля. Тем, у кого аллергия на кондиционеры, можно не бояться. 8. В номере есть маленький холодильник. 9. Через 4 дня проживания нам предложиили сменить постельное белье. 10. Есть дополнительное одеяло. Преимуществ больше, чем минусов. Гостинница понравилась.
1. Окна не открываются. По правилам так не должно быть. Но гений дизайнерского искуства, видимо, был сильней здравого смысла. 2. На сорок с лишним номеров в гостиннице было всего 2 чайника. А наличие чайника в каждом номере указано как на сайте, так и в акте заселения. 3. Горничные не поняли, видимо, что полотенца, лежащие на полу, это просьба об их замене. 4. В ванной не было стакана для зубных щеток, а холдер для стакана был треснут (его бы заменить) 5. Душевая кабина вцелом ничего так, но лейка душа довольно закалькована, требует замены или хорошей чистки. 6. Отсутствие покрывала на постели как-то смутило (ну не все люди садятся в уличной одежде на постельное белье)

Отличный отель, чистый уютный номер (полулюкс). В номере халаты, тапочки, косметические принадлежности. На первом этаже есть кофе-автомат, всегда можно спуститься посидеть там же за столиком и выпить кофе. Пешком до моря идти далеко, но недорогое такси по городу решает эту проблему.
Есть возможность позавтракать в отеле, но цена не очень адекватная. Рекомендую выбрать другое место для завтрака. За бронирование берут стоимость одних суток, но проблем с дальнейшей оплатой не возникло.

Приветливый персонал на стойке регистрации.
Курилка на этаже не имеет ручки с внутренней стороны двери, курильщики изнутри не могут закрыть дверь и дым несёт в коридор
