Затишно, гарне розташування. Привітний персонал.
Хотілося б покращити чистоту номерів, неприємний запах був присутнім а також були плями на покривалі

Номер чистий, та охайний.Були капці. Дуже сподобалось що поклали щітки та зубну пасту. Я якраз свою забула(. Дуже дякую персоналу за те що продовжили номер на 2 години( безкоштовно)
У номері було холодно, батареї ледь теплі. Кондиціонер є , але якщо його вмикаешь, стає дуже задушливо. У ванній дуже холодно, не має теплого полотенце сушителя. Пол у ванній кімнаті дуже холодний . Дуже не вистачало у кімнаті дзеркала.

Чудовий отель,привітний персонал,гарне розташування. Зупиняюсь неодноразово.
Немає чайника в номері,халатів,можна тепліші одіяла взимку(або ще одне покласти в шафу) Одна пляшка води ,має бути дві. Шампуні є ,а маленькі гелі для душа їх немає. Певно має тоді бути якесь мило маленьке ?
