Залишились в готелі "Бонус" з хлопцем на одну ніч,наскільки привітливий персонал,я ще таких не зустрічала,забули зарядку дома,попросили в них,вони дали,провели екскурсію де знаходиться наша кімната,як правильно користуватись ключ картою,та де знаходиться душ,все на вищому рівні,чисто,охайно,дуже дякуєм!! думаєм ще повернемось до вас 😻😻😻❤️

Зручно розташований у центрі Коломиї, поруч із вокзалом і основними пам’ятками — ідеальне місце для зупинки. Номери чисті, сучасні, з гарячою водою, а континентальний сніданок — приємний бонус. Спільна кухня та лаунж додають домашнього затишку, Wi‑Fi працює стабільно, парковка — хоч і невелика, але безкоштовна. Персонал — дуже привітний (особливо дівчата на рецепції), а рецепція працює 24/7. Єдине — в деяких номерах прохолодно, якщо не ввімкнений обігрівач, і коли хтось курить з балкона — тютюновий дим може потрапляти всередину. Незважаючи на це, за свою ціну — це один із найкращих бюджетних варіантів у місті. Рекомендую для зупинки та короткого відпочинку!

Все на вищому рівні! Дуже привітний персонал. Все допомогли! Хороше місце розташування, все чистеньке, в номері є водичка. Є кухня з холодильником, можна собі поставити продукти. Дуже задоволенні! Процвітання вам і багато хороших гостей!

Дуже не сподобалося. Персонал не привітний. Жіночка на рецепції груба, не привітна. Своїм виглядом виказує неповагу до постояльців. Спілкується дуже і дуже не коректно.

Хороший бюджетний готель. Рецепція - були привітні, дозволили залишити речі щоб згодом прийти. Номер чистий, постіль також. Єдиний мінус - коли гості готелю виходять покурити, то дим заходить в номер. І ще якщо розмовляють то заважає спати

Хочу подякувати пані Любі та чарівним пані Катерині, Лесі та Ніні за гостинність, чудові умови, приємні враження! Готель знаходиться у зручному місці, біля вокзалу, але в тихій локації. Чистий, смачний сніданок, приємний дизайн! :)

Хочу відзначити цей готель. Чисто, приємно, гаряча вода, біде, душ, свіжий ремонт, нова мебель. Сподобалось. Рекомендую. Бонусом стало те, що є можливість залишити валізу до відправлення потягу.

Відпочивали тут сім'єю. Були в отелі вже вдруге. На відміну від першого разу залишилися незадоволеними👎 Номер до нашого заселення не прибрали. В номері залишилося сміття від попередніх гостей🤮 Вказали цей недолік адміністратору, на що вона відреагувала незадоволено🤢👎 Персонал не привітний😕

Проживали родиною в одному номері. Чисто, охайно, сучасно, персонал привітний, доволі зручно та комфортно. Душ та туалет окремо, проте все працює, прибрано, холодна/гаряча вода тощо. Є кухня-їдальня з необхідними речами та столиками. Додатково можна замовити чай/каву, сніданки. Залишились задоволеними.

чисто, приятный персонал, хороший душ

очень холодно в номере, в номере только течечный обогрев пола, батарей нет, попросили дать обогреватель, сказали, что у них нет обогревателя, ходили греться на коридор или в соседний магазин, спать невозможно, потому что кровать не двуспальная, а сдвинутые односпальные, в следствии чего с пола постоянно дует холодный воздух и если лечь посредине, то кровати раздвигаются и ты буквально падаешь на пол
