Новый ремонт, отличная сантехника, мебель, оборудование в номере, хороший завтрак. Температура в номере соответствует европейским нормам - 20-21 градус, но не более. Девушка на рецепшен вызвала такси и распечатала несколько страниц текста которые очень нужно было в печатном виде.

Были в Кировоградской обл. по делам как раз в канун Нового года. Новогоднюю ночь решили провести в отеле. Выбрали Государь и не пожалели. Были очень приятно удевлены, признаться честно, не ожидали встретить отель такого уровня в Кировограде. Снимали номер "Люкс лайт" - соответствие картинке на сайте 100%. Соотношение цена/качество -идеальное. Персонал -в отеле работают молодые ребята -покорил вежливостью и услужливостью. В общем, отличный бутик-отель, который не стыдно порекомендовать.

В отеле нет лифта, хотя для нас это не было проблемой. В номере "Люкс лайт" очень большие окна во всю стену, поэтому в мороз -20 комнаты номера прогреваются с трудом, поэтому ночью в номере несколько прохладно.

Был один день, все Ок!

Третий этаж, вещи нести не удобно. Можно продумать - кнопку звонок, чтоб носильщик спустился и поднял вещи в номер.
