Я багато зупиняюсь в готелях цієї мережі, тому є з чим порівнювати. Почнемо з мінусів. Готель не має кондиціонерів, але є вентилятор. Це, прямо, якась дичина, влітку. Немає води в номері. Пів літрова пляшка завжди є в інших готелях мережі. Персонал виглядає як звичайні люди з двору. Ніяких білих сорочок і чорних юбок тут не побачити. Я не перевіряв, але, здається з англійською, тут теж погано, на ресепшені. Але, треба зазначити, що персонал приємний. Тут питань немає. Не знаю чому, але в номері брудні вікна, і з зовні і з середини, не зважаючи на те що в номері чисто. Тепер з плюсів. Номер чистий, як і має бути в Реікарц. Вся білизна чиста, ванна кімната чиста, підлога чиста, ніякого пилу, все прибрано, все за стандартом Реікарц, тут немає жодних питань. І другий плюс, це, гарний сніданок. Знову ж таки, в порівнянні з іншими готелями мережі. Сосиски це звичайно, гречка це теж звичайно, нарізка сир, ковбаса це звичайно. Але печена курка зі скоринкою це було смачно, притому не варена грудка, як зазвичай. Млинці з м'ясом, млинці з творогом, сирники. Звісно, це не так, як було в готелі Парк Хауз в Кривому розі, але в цілому, сніданок гарний. Якщо не влітку, то напевне можна зупинятися. Зважаючи на те що інші готелі розбомбили, тому особливого вибору немає.

Не рекомендую цей готель! 1. Відсутня питна вода – ні в номері, ні навіть у мінібарі (навіть за гроші). Якщо не привіз із собою – залишишся без води. 2. Жахливі умови у ванній кімнаті – немає рідкого мила чи гелю для душу, лише маленьке кускове мило для рук. 3. Опалення відсутнє – у номері стоїть обігрівач, але ванна кімната – це справжня крео-камера. 4. Брудні загальні зони – сходи, хол і коридори в жахливому стані, шматки бруду буквально лежать на підлозі. 5. Сніданок залишає бажати кращого – якість їжі низька. 6. Номерний фонд старий – меблі та ремонт давно потребують оновлення. Єдиний промінь світла в цьому тунелі негативу – привітний персонал, який щиро намагається покращити враження гостей. Але без підтримки керівництва вони просто не можуть виправити всі ці недоліки. На жаль, цього недостатньо, щоб рекомендувати готель.

Остановились в номере люкс . От люкса в номере только наличие джакузи ( ванну принимать не рискнули из за цвета и запаха воды ) Номер крошечный , при наличии двух стаканов питьевая вода отсутствует . Отсутствует так же кондиционер . Бельё имеет сильнейший запах порошка . Из завтрака съедобным был только салат с капустой . Расположение на краю света . К персоналу претензий нет , выкручиваются из того , что есть .

Была в гостинице два дня. Понравилось, что кругом идеальнейшая чистота и порядок. В моем номере была огромнейшая ванна. Не устояла и приняла, хотя у меня есть пунктик, что ванну в гостинице принимать нельзя. Отличный Wi-Fi

Телевидение отсутствует.

Чудовий готель групи Reikartz. Уважний персонал. Дуже великий номер. Гарний і різноманітний сніданок. Дуже вдале розташування для робочих відряджень без авто - пряма маршрутка до вокзалу, а також близько до ГОКів.

Все прекрасно. Мне понравилось почти все, особенно, что поселили меня после полуночи. Администратор была очень приветливой и профессиональной.

При выезде горничная досматривала мой номер при мне. Не очень приятный опыт.

Европейский уровень обслуживания. Чистота и порядок в номере. Приветливые и гармотные сотрудники. заселили быстро. Предоставили всю необходимую информацию об отеле и городе.

Нет возможности зарядить телефон на ресепшене.

Гостиница нам очень понравилась. Хотелось бы чтоб и в нашем городе были такие гостиницы с такими ценами. Очень чистый номер, удобная и новая мебель, персонал просто отличный, вежливый и радушный прием, горячая и холодная вода подавалась без перебоев. Если будем в этом городе, обязательно остановимся снова.

Ничего плохого о гостинице сказать не могу.
