На мою думку, одна із кращих новобудов Львова за останній час. Архітектура сучасна і не дисонує із навколишньою забудовою попри свою форму. А висотна частина комплексу - сміливе і вдале рішення. Будинок гарно дивиться із вулиць Джерельної (від Краківського) та Під Дубом. Фасади якісні, на даний момент ще не завершені. Так як будинок житловий, цікаво чи не буде заважати залізниця? Розумію, що при проектуванні комплексу, архітектори це передбачили і "темна" секція будинку відіграє роль шумозахисного екрану. І в самій "темній" секції вікна квартир виходять на зворотню сторону від колії. Також в цій "темній" секції є просторий хол-коридор, який теж мав би зменшити влив шуму на мешканців. Після заселення, може хтось поділиться враженнями). До того ж, комплекс "елітний", ціни тут ну дуже не маленькі. Але вздовж колії це не єдиний житловий будинок, правда вони старші за саму колію).
