Місцерозтошування.
Не вирішина проблема з паркуванням для гостей. Настіки важко та проблематично паркуватись ввечорі та на ніч, що цей факт змушує шукати інший готель такогож рівня, але де з паркуванням все вирішенно.

Неплохие завтраки, вежливый персонал.
Долго поселяли (после 14.00), недостаточно чисто в номере (была пыль), В жизни номера выглядят довольно "потрепанными", в отличии от фото. Не все лампочки присутствовали (нижний свет). Хотелось бы расположение чуть ближе к центру.

Удобное расположение, чистый и уютный номер. Каждый день убирали и меняли полотенца. Внимательный персонал, круглосуточный рум-сервис. Администратор на ресепшн поможет с любыми вопросами (такси, трансфер, заказ билетов).
Дорога под окнами, по утрам бывает шумно.

Уютно, комфортно, чисто, тихо. В номере есть все необходимые принадлежности (в т.ч. халаты, тапочки, фен, питьевая вода, банная косметика). Приятный молодой персонал. В ресторане хорошее обслуживание, еда вкусная и свежая. Шведский стол на завтрак порадовал разнообразием. От центра до гостиницы можно пройтись пешком (минут 20). Можно доехать на такси за 30 грн. Рекомендую.

Гостиница расположена рядом с центром, очень хороший персонал, вежливый и отзывчивый.
Стоимость гостиницы и сервис, который предоставляет отель завышены, не оправдывают себя. Трансфер: прислали такси к вокзалу, доехали - по счетчику 34 грн, в гостинице посчитали 130 грн. В номере "стандарт" в душе не было вентиляции, краны забиты, плохо текла вода. На постели сразу бросился в глаза волос..

Персонал доброжелательный, в номере комфортно и уютно, местонахождение довольно выгодное для туриста, который хочет посмотреть самые красивые места Львова.
Отелем остались более чем довольны. Замечаний нет

Впринципе нареканий нет. Все в отношении отеля прекрасно, приветливый персонал, рецепция, охрана. По любому обращению с радостью помогут, покажут, обяснят. Проведенным в отеле временем довольны.
Ресторан. Обслуживание. Очень долго ждали пока к нам подойдет официант взять заказ, потом долго ждали пока принесут. Сервировка стола все в попыхах и по ходу и так в результате недали вилку, ложку и нож. Ну и потом еще долго ждали пока нас расчитают. Одним словом, обед занял чуть больше трех часов. Хотя интерер ресторана очень милый и там очень уютно. Но с официантами нужно поработать.

персонал отеля очень доброжелательный, внимательный. нам позволили оставить вещи до срока заселения

Я очень люблю чистоту, и отель оказался очень чистый, нигде ни пылинки :) не то что в номере, а вообще по всему отелю :) хороший сервис в целом.
Официантка принесла в номер не совсем то что мы заказывали :-) но это случается...

Очень хорошая гостиница. Все понравилось. Обслуживание высоком уровне. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Прекрасные номера, красивый дизайн. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. В следующий раз обязательно будем останавливаться в данной гостинице.
