Немає місця для паркування авто. Стара сантехніка працююча не надійно та з поломками. Дуже малі номери з громіздкими меблями, які не додають прстіру в номері. Відносно плутана система коридорів та переходів. Сніданок в ішій будівлі, до якої треба йти по вулиці - в негоду дуже незручно.

Все чисто, убрано, единственный недостаток стандартные номера комнат средних размеров, хочется номера по просторнее.

Отель неплохой. Всюду чисто и красиво. Понравились завтраки. Все было вкусно. Прекрасный персонал. Культурные, хорошо справляются со своими обязанностями. Есть уютный дворик внутри отеля. Было комфортно здесь просто посидеть. Номер был теплый. Все исправное.

Спал на одноместной кровати. Было неудобно, она узковата. Нет парковки. При выселении проверяют номер – неприятная процедура.

Приличный отель. С комфортным двориком внутри. Хорошее расположение. Недалеко ЖД вокзал и разные городские достопримечательности и памятники архитектуры. Вкусные завтраки. Как раз жил здесь на Пасху, то был дополнительный стол, с посвяченой едой. Ответственный персонал. Номер чистый и что немаловажно, (для меня) довольно светлый.

У отеля нет парковки. В ванной были мелкие проблемы (правда, их быстро устранили).

Чистый, уютный отель. Тихий дворик. Доброжелательный и улыбчивый персонал. Близкое и удобное расположение отеля между ж/д вокзалом и историческим центром. Номер крошечный, но для одного человека вполне подходящий.

Отсутствие в номере тапочек и шампуня. Пришлось покупать специально.

Персонал помогал во всем. На территории отеля всего пару парковочных мест, но рядом в 500 метрах есть большая парковка за символическую цену. Завтраки стандартные, как во всех гостиницах.

Плохая звукоизоляция в номере (слышно соседей). В Стандартном номере не хватает в туалете полочки. Больше даже и придраться не к чему ))

Розміщення близько до центру і до залізничного вокзалу, привітний персонал, абсолютна чистота, затишні номери.

Під час заїзду персонал не був проінформований про дитину віком 5 років, яка мала проживати разом із матір*ю в одномісному номері.
