All it all, it was good, but I had problems finding the reception, some signs would help. The receptionist didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate through Google Translate. And I could only pay in cash. I think I saw washing machines and driers next to the reception, maybe clients can also use them. It's an ok hotel, I would recommend it if you want to walk to the center of Lviv. Don't expect anything super fancy.

загалом все добре
проблеми з каналізацією (погано працює злив води) неприємний запах нема держателя для душу

Просто жах. Холодно, заступилися за 1 ніч. Під ногами плитка,як лід. Брудно. Були в цьому номері раніше. Так склалося, що і на цей раз просто мусили там поселятися. Просто жахливо. Ще й за 1500 грн. Єдиний плюс - місцерозташування.

забронювали с подругою один номер,приїхали нам сказали що в тому номері немає отоплення тому заселили в інший дорожче. вже думаємо добре що заселились,ми приїхали відпочити тому ясно що ми сміялись,приходить пані яка нас заселяла і починає орати на нас шоб ми вели себе тихше,ми не скандальні тому ми вже просто розмовляли не тихо і не голосно,знов приходить та пані і починає орати що ми оремо,ми сказали що ми не орали ми себе не поводили голосно ну але то як зі стінкою розмова, потім ми поїхали по справах. Вона була дуже зла за те шо ми її покликали закрити вхідні двері в сам готель,коли приїхали назад вона нам каже таким тоном ніби монстр "шоб я від вас звуків не чула" ви звичайно вибачте але коли платиш 800 грн, за ніч у тому "готелі" який більше змахує на дешевий хостелто хочеться відпочити а не вислухати ті крики. якщо чесно взагалі не хотіли повертатися в готель ,на сайті пише що там є і фен і шампунь,в ітозі замість шампуні мило для рук,фену тим більше ні якого не було. в двух словах не рекомендую!

В душовій кабінці дуже повільно відходила вода, а умивальник протікав, через що на підлозі збиралася вода, але сама вода була тепла, кімната обігрівалася лише однією елекропанеллю, яка гріла, але не достатньо тепло. З плюсів це працюючий телевізор, ліжко з ортопедичним матрасом і справді теплим одіялом і працюючий міні-холодильник. У прибиральниць можна попросити електричний чайник і вони ставилися до нас добре.

Находится в центральной части города. Для меня это было важным. Нужно было с утра быстро добираться на обьект. Также рядом с отелем есть вся нужная инфраструктура. Магазины, кафе, торговые центры. Понравился интерьер отеля. Номер был чистый. Уборку делали ежедневно. Кормят нормально.
Рядом мало парковок. Жили в трехместном номере, показался тесноватым.

Готель відповідає ціні враховуючи розташування до центру міста. Приємний персонал. Все, що було необхідним надавали люб’язно.
Шум зранку за вікном незрозумілого походження, постійний.

Дуже привітний персонал.ну як персонал-бабуся на рецепції
Дуже холодно-опалення відсутнє,в номері було накурено,дуже смерділо всі три дні. Унітаз протікав.,тапки треба брати з собою-в отелі це не передбачено

Все было хорошо, на уровне выше среднего. Выдали фен и это очень спасло.
Из мелких недочетов 1) телевизор стоял, но он не был настроен и показывал снег 2) вечером не заметили как мы зашли и начали ломиться среди ночи, проверить есть ли мы, чем перепугали девушку до смерти. 3) девушке на ресепшине было бы не плохо улыбаться клиентам, а не сидеть с недовольной миной
