Бронювали номер люкс із сауною,але сауна не працювала, і про це ніхто не попередив.Сауна оплачується окремо, про це знали, але хотіли саме сауну у номері. Керівник готелю ніяк не відреагував і не компенсував. Штора у ванній у плісняві. Батарейки в пультах від телевізорів не працюють. Капці та шампуні і гелі для душу не видають, є тільки мило. Підлога холодна. Плюс, що кімнати великі, і дозволили бути з домашнім улюбленцем. Підйомники на території не працювали.

Чудовий готель! Завжди підуть назустріч, дуже доброзичливий хазяїн! Була в липні 2024 недавно, люкс чудовий, сауна в номері, просторо, добротні дерев'яні меблі, шикарна обстановка. Погода була холодна, але є електрокамін. Світло є навіть при відключеннях, бо є генератор) Кортше, тільки позитивні емоції. Для пар саме те) Ще дякую за те, що знайшли водія, яки відвіз у Чернівці, бо не встигала автобусом на потяг

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности со всеми необходимыми инфраструктурами. Большой плюс сауна в номере. Хороший приятный хозяин. Все очень понравилось

Минус в посуде, нет мозможности взять еду на вынос в номер. Не на что положить и не чем есть. Небольшое мусорное ведро.
