Хотелось бы одноразовые тапки и зубные щётки. Не всегда все берётся с собой.

Чистота и узод

В отеле при 33 градусов выше нуля не работают кондиционеры. Ощущение сауны. Приехали отдыхать а в итоге всю ночь ждали утра. В итоге за немалую плату получил только раздражение((

Я периодически останавливаюсь в отеле: находится в центре, есть закрытая парковка, приемлемое соотношение цена/качество.

расположение хорошее - центр, все рядом - парк, река, магазины, есть где припаковать машину. Номер был стандарт - обстановка простая, но, достаточно уютно и чисто. Для бюджетного варианта - вполне нормально. Завтрак вполне нормальный (в предлагаемомо меню мы выбирали кашу и отварное яйцо, сыр, масло, ветчина, кофе).

если придираться - в душевой кабинке было немного плесени (в пазах дверки), не было пакетика с гелем для душа.

Дуже гарне розташування - центр міста, поруч вхід до Миргородкурорту. Чистий, просторий номер. Наявність кондиціонеру. Досить непогана ресторація.

Відсутність ліфтів. У дворі готелю цілодобово гучно працює електрогенератор - неможливо відкрити вікно. Доступ до інтернету надається за індивідуальним паролем на 2 години на добу - щось неймовірне.

Понравилась дружелюбность персонала, очень вкусная еда, номер чистый, близкое расположение к курорту Миргород, хорошая шумоизоляция

Отсутствие лифта, на 5й Vip этаж надо ходить пешком, нет балкона ни в номере, ни хотя бы общего в коридоре. Первый день не было горячей воды

Дякуємо, було затишно, комфортно. Номер має все необхідне приладдя, обладнаний зручними меблями. Надійна парковка авто. Затишний ресторан зі смачними стравами та чемним обслуговуванням. Зручно, що снідати можна в будь-який час протягом 4 годин. Особлива подяка покоївкам за майже ідеальну чистоту. Маємо надію, що і наступні гостювання в "Миргороді" нас не розчарують :)

Шум від працюючого генератора у дворі готелю. Подолати можна лише закривши вікна і включивши кондіционер.

Нет разнообразия в меню на завтрак. .Желательно чтобы официанты работали оперативнее и обслуживание было приятнее.

Я останавливался с семьей (жена, двое детей 18 и 13 лет) в двухкомнатном вип номере. Номер превзошел наши ожидания: комфорт, оснащение, размер номера-все на высшем уровне. Этот номер безусловно рекомендую. О других номерах ничего сказать не могу. Завтрак нормальный, голодным я не остался. Можно выбирать из 7 или 9 вариантов меню. Это несколько непривычно, т.к. многие заграничные гостиницы предлагают в качестве завтрака шведский стол.

Приходилось подниматься на 5-й этаж пешком, т..к. не работал лифт. Заявленная в перечне услуг игра в настольный теннис была недоступна.

Приветливый дружелюбный персонал, центр города, рядом автостанция и круглосуточный "АТБ", много номеров, ковры на полу, ресторан на первом этаже, по спутниковому ТВ не смог найти и посмотреть передачи на телеканале "Россия24"

Здание старое и в трещинах (вот почему ковры), течёт канализация, трубы лопаются, напор воды в душе плохой (работает плохо), электропроводка и лифт не работают, из окон дует, шумоизоляция никакая, ремонт из дешёвых материалов (я строитель), в общем, информация о том, что в реконструкцию здания гостиницы "Миргород" были вложены миллионы долларов США - враньё

Понравилось абсолютно все, уже не первый раз, сначала ездила мама, заразила всех теперь ездят все и родственники и знакомые. Все тихо спокойно, любые вопросы решаемы. Все чисто аккуратно. Ресторан прелесть и еда и цены.

Не смотря на то,что отель находится в центре города,он довольно тихий и уютный. Большой плюс ,что рядом с курортной зоной.

Слишком светлые шторы,учитывая,что номер находился на солнечной стороне.

Центр города, чисто, уютно, отзывчивый и приятный персонал, хорошая кухня (континентальный завтрак)

Жесткое время поселения (12-00): при заезде до 12-00 оплата 50% от стоимости суток. Все больше практикуется отсутствие дополнительной оплаты (или до 10%) если время заезда в пределах трех часов отличается от расчетного и при бронировании было оговорено.

Персонал уважний, чистота,гарна кухня в ресторані.пропоную зупинятись уцьому готелі зручно і затишно.

Трохи задорого. В номері не пропонують води не зважаючі на те що е посуд . Замала парковка.

Очень понравилась гостиница! Отзывчивый замечательный персонал.Девочки-большие молодцы!!!!! Всегда шли на встречу по любой просьбе..Жили в полулюксе-все очень понравилось!!!! Приеду еще.

Нет места для курения. Надо выходить из гостиницы.Из-за этого было не мало казусов в ночное время.
