Большая территория, парковка во дворе, огромные окна)
Слишком тонкие стены, слышно что говорил сосед) В номерах изначально было холодно, сказали что могу принести обогреватель, но смысл пока нагрелось бы помещение) нам нужно было на мероприятие, и плюс фотосессию. Ещё заметили пятно на покрывале. Благо мы не с ночёвкой, и не спали на кровати)

Красивый дворик!Отель нашли быстро,если приехали на поезде очень удобно потому-что отель прямо возле вокзала но поездов совершенно не слышно.

Более менее чисто в номере. Мебель как на фото, чистые полотенца. Выдали одноразовые тапочки и туалетные принадлежности.
Сняли мы номера люкс и стандарт для себя и родителей. Сказать что мы остались недовольны, это ничего не сказать. По приезду мы долго ждали хоть кого-нибудь из персонала, чтобы поселиться. На территории все открыто, заходи куда хочешь, бери что хочешь. Вокруг ни души. Сначала про стандарт: 1) В номере холодина жуткая, из окон дует со страшной силой, отопление отсутствует. На наши просьбы его включить, сказали, что есть кондиционер, ждите пока он нагреется, тогда он запуститься и будет вам тепло. Увы, кондиционер так и не заработал. В итоге в номере можно находиться только в верхней одежде. Спали мы одетые под двумя одеялами и дрожали всю ночь. 2) Кровать написано что двухспальная, по факту там два совмещенных матраса, которые все норовят разъехаться в разные стороны. 3) Выдали нам одноразовые тапочки и туалетные принадлежности это плюс. Полотенца были чистые, а вот постельное белье оставляет желать лучшего, всё в пятнах. 4) Номер смотрится не плохо, темная красивая мебель и весь вид портит огромная трещина от пола до потолка, которая небрежно замаскирована шпаклевкой. 5) Вода оказалась теплой, но никак не горячей. Душ работать отказался, а мыться под краном, расположенным в душе, посильно только йогу. 6) Утром сдать номер тоже довольно проблематично, так как найти кого-нибудь из персонала - это отдельный квест. Про люкс: 1) Самое первое это то, что вход в номер через обычную стеклянную дверь, которая единственная в этом номере закрывается на ключ. Все остальные двери не закрываются, а дверь в туалет вообще заедает. ( Эх, думала я там жить останусь) 2) В номере конечно же холодина жуткая, но нам принесли УФО и обогреватель, так что если сидеть прямо под ними и не шастать то можно и куртку снять. 3) Свет в ванной отсутствовал. Ну ладно, думала приму душ под романтичное мерцание блеклого светильника над зеркалом, но и тут облом. Оказывается вода из душевой кабинки уходить не собирается так как слив у них просто напросто забит. 4) На сайте писалось что номер трехместный, а вот постель и все принадлежности выдали на двоих. Пришлось совершить квест по поимке персонала гостиницы, чтобы взять еще один комплект постельного белья. 5) Так же на сайте писали что в номере есть электрочайник и электроплита на мини-кухне, но увы они отсутствовали. В мини-кухне мы нашли пару рюмок, ножей, тарелок и даже была сковородка. Вот только на чем готовить????- для нас осталось секретом. 6) Оказывается у них можно заказать чай в номер, чем мы и воспользовались ( холод давал о себе знать), но увы, чай с приправой из седых волос значительно подпортил настроение. 7 )Оплатили мы номера при поселении ( кстати никто не проверял наши документы, у них на бумажке- записке написано какие номера и цена). 8) Номер стандарт мы сдали утром, а люкс взяли с поздним выездом. Цена у нас была прописана в акте поселения, который выдают при бронировании. Но персонал гостиницы решил ,что мы им мало заплатили и решили требовать с нас еще деньги, утверждая, что номера стоят не 450 и 650 + 200 продление, как написано на сайте, а 650 и 850+ полная стоимость за продление. Как итог могу сказать, что мы остались абсолютно не довольны и НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ портить свои нервы на такое заведение, отдых был испорчен, в этой гостинице мы больше не остановимся.

В гостинице чистенько, убрано,уютный дворик. Персонал приветливый, номера просторные, теплые. Есть телевизор,интернет, кондиционер, камин. Постель и полотенца чистые. Фен и ванные принадлежности тоже имеются.
Отсутствие горячей воды. В день поселения ее просто не было, максимум комнатная. Горячая вода, точнее теплая вода появилась только утром на следующий день, примерно часов в 10 утра.
