It has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, dishes), a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a panoramic view and a barbecue. Equipped with autonomous heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour hot water and backup power (generator, solar panels). The price includes access to a heated swimming pool, eco-pond, game room (billiards, tennis), sports field, 1939 house-museum, and parking with video surveillance. Bed linen, towels, toiletries and welcome drinks are provided. Pets are allowed (on request). A separate entrance and isolated area guarantee complete privacy.

Description of the room: A spacious self-contained cottage for 3–6 people is ideal for families or groups of friends. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, and a living room-studio with a kitchen and another sofa. The house has a hallway and a bathroom with a shower (hot/cold water 24 hours a day). Equipment: autonomous heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, TV with satellite channels and high-speed Wi-Fi. Eco-loft style interior with panoramic windows and mountain views. The cottage has a separate entrance, a secluded area, and a spacious terrace with a barbecue, hammock, and swing. The price includes use of a heated swimming pool, eco-pond, game room (billiards, tennis), sports field, children's areas and a 1939 museum house, as well as parking, bedding and toiletries. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed (on request). Two cottages next to each other can accommodate a company of up to 12 people. Відпочивали тут на вихідних і залишилися під приємним враженням. Дуже продуманий сервіс: замовляли пакет «Романтичний відпочинок» 😍 В будиночку ідеальна чистота, є все необхідне (навіть такі дрібниці, як ароматні дифузори у ванній). Сінна кімната після чану під шум річки — це щось неймовірне, справжнє перезавантаження для думок. А ще комплекс pet friendly 🐾Дякуємо за гостинність!

Відпочинок у Біличах перевершив усі очікування. Це саме те місце, де можна по-справжньому відключитися від міської метушні, шуму й постійної поспіху. Чисте повітря, тиша, багато зелені та відчуття спокою з першої хвилини перебування. Час нашого відпочинку припав на Водохреща. Господарі дуже привітні й турботливі - допомогли організувати святвечір, підказали з традиційними стравами та створили справжню святкову атмосферу. Окрема щира подяка за можливість відпочивати разом із песиком. Не всюди приймають гостей з домашніми улюбленцями, тому для нас це було дуже важливо. Будинок охайний і комфортний: чисто, тепло, зручні ліжка, є все необхідне для проживання. Територія доглянута, приємно проводити час надворі. Зручний варіант для тих, хто хоче побути на природі без туристичного шуму. Враження дуже позитивні, із задоволенням повернулися б ще раз.

Відпочивали в садибі «Біличі» і залишилися у повному захваті! Сервіс — на найвищому рівні: усе продумано до дрібниць, господарі надзвичайно привітні та гостинні, завжди готові допомогти й створити по-справжньому домашню атмосферу. Чистота — бездоганна: у будинку, на подвір’ї та в усіх зонах відпочинку все охайно й доглянуто. Особливе задоволення отримали від бані на дровах — дуже комфортна, з приємним теплом і справжньою атмосферою релаксу. Сама садиба затишна, простора, з гарним подвір’ям, де хочеться проводити час. Видно, що господарі вкладають душу в кожну деталь. Рекомендуємо садибу Біличі всім, хто хоче відпочити якісно, тепло та з комфортом. Обов’язково повернемося ще! 🌿✨

Відпочивали сім’єю, всім дуже сподобалося. Діти ( хлопці 14 і 16-ти років) забули про телефони аж до ночі. Басейн, теніс, волейбол і так по черзі. Навколо тиша і спокій, де дійсно можна відпочити від нашого сьогодення. Привітний персонал. Охайна, доглянута територія, сучасні нові котеджі зі всім необхідним обладнанням. Велика дяка господарям цього чудового осередку спокою! Обовʼязково до Вас ще завітаємо. Дякуємо!

Чудове місце для відпочинку! Неймовірні краєвиди, комфортні умови проживання, дуже приємні господарі. В будиночку все продумано до найменших дрібниць для гарного відпочинку, а басейн, чан і сінна кімната - перевершили усі сподівання. Хочемо туди повернутися ще не один раз!
