Персонал и администрация очень хорошие. Нам пошли навстречу, и мы договорились рассчитаться за пребывание здесь, непосредственно по приезду. Отель расположен в красивом месте. Рядом природа, течет река. Здесь хорошо отдыхать от города и его суеты. Тем более, здесь, этому все способствует. Номер уютный. Места достаточно. Кормят хорошо. Все условия для комфортного проживания есть. Время здесь прошло быстро, отдохнули замечательно. Приезжайте сюда не пожалеете.

Уборка в номере была ежедневно. Но желательно заранее предупреждать об этом.

Буваємо на відпочинку в Карпатах кожного року. Тут були вперше, але наступного року плануємо приїхати сюди ще раз. Місце дуже гарне для відпочинку. Сподобався номер та його облаштування. Готують тут смачно. Сніданки сподобались всій родині. Навіть донька яка привередлива до їжи, і та їла з задоволенням. Сам готель розміщений у дуже красивому місці. Персонал старанний. Ввічливий. З вікна нашого номеру був чудовий пейзаж на річку. Відпочили тут дуже добре.

Хотілось би кращої ізоляції в номері. Підлога в деяких місцях видає неприємний скрип.

Були на відпочинку у цьому готелі вже не вперше. Як і в попередні рази все було на найвищому рівні. Просторий номер, з максимумом комфорту. Чисто. За цим тут слідкують кожного дня. З вікна номеру відкривається дуже мальовничий краєвид. Тут все зроблено в новому та сучасному дизайні. Персонал повністю відповідає високому рівню готеля. Охайні, чемні, все виконують сумлінно. Раджу всім побувати на відпочинку у цьому місці.

Дуже задоволені.
