Готель знаходиться в лісі, точніше готельно розважальний комплекс. Це я до того що тут можуть бути гулянки голосні. Але територія велика тому ніхто нікому не заважає, окрім відсутності шумоізоляції. Номери є різні, ми брали номер за 1700 грн за добу на двох. Чистий, світлий, все необхідне є. Шумоізоляції немає, чутно не тільки розмови, а навіть що хтось пішов в туалет або в душ. Сніданок входить у вартість, це шведська лінія але вибір не те щоб маленький, а не дуже цікавий. Із білків: яйця варені, курка тушена Із вуглеводів: рис з овочами, вівсяна каша Із клітковини: салат з капусти Додатково: хліб з ковбасою, молоко, тертий пиріг, сухі сніданки.

Сподобалася ціна за номер

Не сподобалося як спілкувалися на ресепшині ; як обслуговували в ресторані ( відмовилися готували те, що замовили); як капала вода в душі при закритому крані; що було чутно, як змивають унітаз сусіди.

Територія велика, доглянута і озеленена. Трішки проблемно припаркуватись, якщо в бенкетних залах святкують весілля, дні народження. Бенкетні зали - розкішні. Замовляли номер в новій будівлі готелю. Номер чистий, все в ньому продумано до дрібниць. Єдине - відсутня шумоізоляція. Дуже добре чути, про що в спокійному тоні розмовляють в сусідньому номері, храп вночі теж чути. Ми відвідували немало готелей, але тут, в " Гостевії", дивує відсутність безкоштовної бутилки негазованої води, в якості компліменту. Адміністратор готелю дуже привітна. Дівчата на барі не дуже доброзичливі. Їжа в ресторані дуже смачна, ціни помірні. Сніданки включені у вартість, шведський стіл. Великий мінус - якщо люди поїли, то посуд за ними офіціанти приберуть, але стіл залишать брудним, в крихтах і неприбраним. Якщо прийти їсти о 9:00, то всі столи неприбрані, і ти вимушений сідати за брудний стіл. Дівчата спокійно стоять біля бару, відпочивають. Дивна річ: прибирання мабуть тільки після того, як закінчиться час сніданку.

Гарний комплекс, гарні світлі чисті номери, привітливий ресепшн, вдячний Софії за допомогу.Загальна картина і враження чудове. Але є на мою думку велика проблема з рестораном, а саме місце де збирається персонал за акваріумом, голосно сміються, обговорюють свої справи на весь зал, використовуючи відбірне матюччя.

Гарне, тихе місце, з величезною територією, та далеко від Вінниці. Трохи хаотичне розташування будинків з номерами. Прохання додати ліхтарів, в мене був пізній заїзд, я ледве знайшла будинок зі своїм номером. Номер великий, ліжко зручне, халат та рушник потребують заміну (колір але не білий), є капці. Але!!! Пляшки води, в якості компліменту, в номері відсутня. Окремо хочу відмітити бар, винний погріб вражає, потрібен сомельє, який це зможе якісно продати. Дівчина на барі, фанат своєї справи, це круто але необхідно осучаснити навички або найняти професійного бармена Сніданок - жахливий

Гостевія, здивувала не приємно!!!Окрім гарного ремонту в номері нічого більше не сподобалось, особливо відношення персоналу! Звукоізоляція нуль, приїхали відпочити на свіжому повітрі, посмажити мʼясо та рибу, не дозволили…, якщо б ми хотіли посидіти в номері, або в ресторані то лишились би в місті. Все привезли додому.Тож цей готель підходить тільки для бенкету, зали красиві!

Відпочивали у цьому закладі! Не сподобалося! Адміністратор Юлія поводила себе негативно, на звернення гостей не звертала уваги, телевізор у номері не працював! Прохання провести розмову з працівником Юлія і зробити, щоб телевізор працював!!! Ми заплатили не малі гроші!

Ми зупинилися в цьому готелі,не раджу нікому особливо в новому корпусі.Шумоізоляція ніяка,ми зовсім не відпочили,цілу ніч шум відпочиваючих,рецепція з охотою не реагувала,було багато до них дзвінків поки вони відремонтували.Це те, що ми бронювали три номери, але навіть викликали і поліцію, щоб хоч якось відпочити.Але так і не вдалось.Подумайте перш ніж залишатись в готелі.

Чудовий комплекс відпочинку, в якому ми вже більше 5 років святкуємо всі свята. Завжди все дуже смачно, весь персонал дуже привітний. Адміністратор Сніжана, завжди рада допомогти та вирішити будь які питання. Офіціанти ввічливі та дбайливо відносять до кожного гостя.

Дуже гарний готель та територія. Комфортне розташування неподалік Вінниці. Проживанням задоволена. Чого на жаль не можу сказати про обслуговування, особливо в ресторані. По готелю питань немає - комфортно, зручно, тепло, гарно. Зручне розташування, гарна територія. Ресторан - ЖАХ!!!! Люди, обідайте у Вінниці. Чотири дні поспіль приходила вечеряти - одне і теж. Офіціанти - хами !!! Уваги до клієнта - нуль!!! Замовлення прийняли через годину і то треба було 3 рази просити!!! Кухня наче нормально, але з таким обслуговуванням краще поїсти на заправці!!!

Чудовий комплекс відпочинку, вдале розташування. Смачна кухня та привітний персонал , подобаються номери у новому корпусі що відкрився (в номерах чисто). Адміністратори по мірі можливості вирішують усі Ваші питання (що є не мало важливим). Є сауна і баня на території. Відвідую не вперше , буду повертатись ще 😊

А мені все подобається! Гарний краєвид, чисте повітря, в лісі. Дуже крута база відпочинку. На території є дитяча кімната, баня, навіть були у винному погрібі. До речі, кухня тут смачна. А що ще потрібно для кайфування душі?!

Подорожували з заходу на південь України, готель просила в лісі, тихий, щоб мати змогу виспатись( бо на ранок знов в дорогу) Приїхали в готель, а там святкують три весілля! Відпочити не вдалось!

Затишна закрита територія, в цілому все виглядає доволі доглянуто і відповідає своїй вартості на 100%.однозначно, якщо будемо їхати повз, знову зупинимось.

Місце за яким, таке відчуття, не слідкують! Ви будуєте новий корпус, коли не доводите до ладу старе. Дитячий майданчик в кінці території жахливий, хоча це типу сімейний готельний комплекс. В номерах стандарт і покращений нема чайника ,нема капців , нема халатів, але це не критично. Пульт від телевізора працює через раз. В санвузлі дають шампунь/гель 2 в 1 в пакетику і мило (з дешевого варіанту) В принципі готель норм, а ось ресторан з кожним роком все гірше і гірше, набрали молодих офіціанті, які тобі на прохання підійти до нас відповідали «ща підійдем», ми пішли взяли меню самостійно і все одно потім ще чекали, щоб до нас підійшли. UPD. Ми не дочекались, встали і пішли голодні в номер (ресторан був заповнений навіть не на половину і ми були в будні) На рахунок зарядки для електромобілів, то це дивлячись на якого охоронця попадеш , один нормальний, а інший (лисий, низенький мужчина) вже другий рік поспіль не дає нам зарядитись, благо, що ми встигли зарядитись на попередній день, бо наступного дня була зміна (лисого) і він нам сказав «вам повезло, що ви зарядились, бо я б вам не дав це зробити, бо у нас підготовка до весілля) !! Уточнюю, зарядка не безкоштовна, але ціну не скажу, бо кожного року різна. Минулого року ми заряджались тут вдвічі більше по ціні, дивлячись хто вас буде розраховувати . Якщо у вас там весілля, підготовки, то переставте ту зарядку в інше місце, або взагалі в ліс поставте. Єдине чим нас манило це місце, то є ліс, круто прокидатись в лісі, співають пташки і не далеко від міста.

Комфортно Атмосфера супер

Збій на сайті. Замовляла Гуцульський, а як приїхала, сказали, що звичайний номер (по ціні те саме і, як сказали, що це ще краще) Але всеодно якийсь збій на сайті є І не раз читала коментарі, що саме на цей Гуцульський постійно попадає щось інше

Ночували тут під час відрядження. Розташування зручне, як для тих хто в дорозі, поруч з трасою, метрів 100 в провулок і вже тихо. Зустріли нас не дуже, близько 19 години було темно і заїхавши на територію, де багато різних будівель, було не просто зрозуміти куди іти, бігали з речами по усьому комплексу. Охоронець лише один раз сказав, що туди не можна, коли ми намагались зайти десь. А куди нам іти не сказав( Ледве знайшли рецепцію)) Загалом все було непогано. Номер чистий, ліжко зручне. Тихе місце.Душова чиста. Рушники та постіль білі) Не сподобалось, що відсутні капці. Це був листопад, і ходити голими ногами по плитці, не дуже було приємно. Інтер'єр ресторану - доволі гарно та комфортно. Сніданок був смачний. За це дуже вдячні)

Номера у корпусі з рецепшеном гарні, але у зеленому корпусі прохолодно. Один ключ у двомісному номері це не дуже. Великий мінус це їжа, є ресторан, ціни не високі, але у вихідний, якщо пощастить знайти місце то треба дуже довго чекати. Чекати усього офіціанта, замовлення , рахунок. Це жах!!! Ти розраховуєшь поїсти і йти в номер, замість цього ти або шукаєш інше місце, або чекаєш дуже довго, ще і наплутають щось. Мені сдається що можно брати додаткових людей на час банкетів, тому що ресторан це теж ваше обличчя, виходить, що не дуже гарне(

Раньше всегда нравилось, и в этот раз тоже. Нам понравилось все (недостатки не старались искать). Тишина. Чистота. Ненавязчивый сервис. Есть где припарковать машину. Поужинать невзирая на позднее время прибытия.

Велика територія, місце розташування, благоустрій, персонал і швидкість обслуговування. кухня - готують смачно. ціна відповідає якості.

Немає програми лояльності - скидки іменинникам, зоопарк хотілось би більший, сніданок хотілось би збільшити кількість блюд.
