Подорожували з заходу на південь України, готель просила в лісі, тихий, щоб мати змогу виспатись( бо на ранок знов в дорогу) Приїхали в готель, а там святкують три весілля! Відпочити не вдалось!

Затишна закрита територія, в цілому все виглядає доволі доглянуто і відповідає своїй вартості на 100%.однозначно, якщо будемо їхати повз, знову зупинимось.

Місце за яким, таке відчуття, не слідкують! Ви будуєте новий корпус, коли не доводите до ладу старе. Дитячий майданчик в кінці території жахливий, хоча це типу сімейний готельний комплекс. В номерах стандарт і покращений нема чайника ,нема капців , нема халатів, але це не критично. Пульт від телевізора працює через раз. В санвузлі дають шампунь/гель 2 в 1 в пакетику і мило (з дешевого варіанту) В принципі готель норм, а ось ресторан з кожним роком все гірше і гірше, набрали молодих офіціанті, які тобі на прохання підійти до нас відповідали «ща підійдем», ми пішли взяли меню самостійно і все одно потім ще чекали, щоб до нас підійшли. UPD. Ми не дочекались, встали і пішли голодні в номер (ресторан був заповнений навіть не на половину і ми були в будні) На рахунок зарядки для електромобілів, то це дивлячись на якого охоронця попадеш , один нормальний, а інший (лисий, низенький мужчина) вже другий рік поспіль не дає нам зарядитись, благо, що ми встигли зарядитись на попередній день, бо наступного дня була зміна (лисого) і він нам сказав «вам повезло, що ви зарядились, бо я б вам не дав це зробити, бо у нас підготовка до весілля) !! Уточнюю, зарядка не безкоштовна, але ціну не скажу, бо кожного року різна. Минулого року ми заряджались тут вдвічі більше по ціні, дивлячись хто вас буде розраховувати . Якщо у вас там весілля, підготовки, то переставте ту зарядку в інше місце, або взагалі в ліс поставте. Єдине чим нас манило це місце, то є ліс, круто прокидатись в лісі, співають пташки і не далеко від міста.

Збій на сайті. Замовляла Гуцульський, а як приїхала, сказали, що звичайний номер (по ціні те саме і, як сказали, що це ще краще) Але всеодно якийсь збій на сайті є І не раз читала коментарі, що саме на цей Гуцульський постійно попадає щось інше

Ночували тут під час відрядження. Розташування зручне, як для тих хто в дорозі, поруч з трасою, метрів 100 в провулок і вже тихо. Зустріли нас не дуже, близько 19 години було темно і заїхавши на територію, де багато різних будівель, було не просто зрозуміти куди іти, бігали з речами по усьому комплексу. Охоронець лише один раз сказав, що туди не можна, коли ми намагались зайти десь. А куди нам іти не сказав( Ледве знайшли рецепцію)) Загалом все було непогано. Номер чистий, ліжко зручне. Тихе місце.Душова чиста. Рушники та постіль білі) Не сподобалось, що відсутні капці. Це був листопад, і ходити голими ногами по плитці, не дуже було приємно. Інтер'єр ресторану - доволі гарно та комфортно. Сніданок був смачний. За це дуже вдячні)

Номера у корпусі з рецепшеном гарні, але у зеленому корпусі прохолодно. Один ключ у двомісному номері це не дуже. Великий мінус це їжа, є ресторан, ціни не високі, але у вихідний, якщо пощастить знайти місце то треба дуже довго чекати. Чекати усього офіціанта, замовлення , рахунок. Це жах!!! Ти розраховуєшь поїсти і йти в номер, замість цього ти або шукаєш інше місце, або чекаєш дуже довго, ще і наплутають щось. Мені сдається що можно брати додаткових людей на час банкетів, тому що ресторан це теж ваше обличчя, виходить, що не дуже гарне(

Велика територія, місце розташування, благоустрій, персонал і швидкість обслуговування. кухня - готують смачно. ціна відповідає якості.

Немає програми лояльності - скидки іменинникам, зоопарк хотілось би більший, сніданок хотілось би збільшити кількість блюд.
