Сподобалось розташування готелю, номер, чистота номеру, зручність. Чудові сніданки - шведській стіл. Персонал чемний та уважний. Стильний ресторан. Зручне паркування.

Трапилось непорозуміння з персоналом ресторану.

Чистота в номере, свежий современный ремонт, отсутствие неприятных запахов и ржавчины в ванной

Дверь на балкон не плотно прилегала и ночью было слышно шум с улицы. Сначала на ресепшене не могли найти нашу бронь, как будто не очень хотели искать, но как только сели искать емейл с подтверждением, ее нашли. При заезде нам сообщили, что завтрак до 11, а с утра оказалось что до 10, а до 11 только в выходные. Так как он был включен в стоимость, вышло не очень приятно. Пришлось ограничиться американо, который по обьему был похож на эспрессо.

Все понравилось. На ресепшене встретили очень хорошо, персонал отеля дружелюбный. Номер уютный - есть всё для того, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно (с сейфом, хорошей сантехникой, феном и средствами для мытья).

Отель хороший

Не понравилось отношение персонала ко мне лично. Я писал за день до заезда об необходимости отмены брони для нескольких номеров. Мои обращения в центральный офис и по месту были полностью проигнорированы. То же самое произошло с вашим консультантом - игнор полный.

видно что отель новый. все красиво и чисто. до центра города всего 3 остановки троллейбусом отличный завтрак - шведский стол, выбрать есть что вежливый персонал

Члышно соседей, разбудил будильник соседа не работал кондиционер

Отличная сеть отелей! НО! Очень часто проблемо зарезервировать номер - все занято. При чем, что в Черкассах, что в Виннице. Может руководство откроет еще пару отелей...

Был в 201 номере. Какой-то странный тихий гул. Но, в принципе, спать не мешает. У моего коллеги окна выходили на стоянку - пару раз просыпался от воя сигнализации

Вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал, чисто и уютно в номере.

Расположение номера относительно всех остальных номеров на этаже (в отдельном углу через выход на лестничную площадку) и вид из окна на неухоженые жилой двор.
