SMALL HOTEL is a modern European-style institution located in the city of Vinnytsia, in one of the centers of business activity in the regional center. The new SMALL HOTEL is a component of the development of the city's economic, tourist and cultural potential. 28 comfortable rooms of the "standard", "semi-luxury" and "deluxe" classes are at our guests' disposal. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a set of cosmetics and towels. A special design is used in the interior of each room. Air conditioner, electric kettle, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, coffee table, soft chair, niche for clothes, luggage rack are provided. Whatever the client's choice, all rooms are comfortable and tidy. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for people with disabilities. The hotel provides recreation areas. It's a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. It's also connected to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite nice and modern. The breakfast is good, but you have to order it the night before, which is a bit of a drag. The staff are the best part, they're super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. There are a couple of oddities, such as the shower (at least in my room) tends to pool water and cause flooding if you use strong pressure, so you have to turn the pressure down to avoid that. The TV in the room doesn't really work, there's no cable and it's not a smart TV, so no steaming apps and you can't cast to it. Overall, I had a pretty great stay and would stay again.

Все полностью соответствует описанию отеля! Приятный персонал на рецепции, чистые номера, белоснежные полотенца и постельное, вкусные завтраки! Останавливались с кошечкой, проблем никаких не возникло! Очень порадовало, что завтраки уже до 11)))) Так же из плюсов, что отель находится в моле, поэтому все магазины, аптеки, кафе у вас прям не выходя из здания:) Район хороший,есть где прогуляться:)

Зупинялися в готелі SMALL HOTELу Вінниці з робочих питань — залишилися дуже задоволені! Особливо хочемо відзначити чудову комунікацію з Катериною та Тетяною (Hostess) — вони були неймовірно уважні та допомогли з важливими для нас моментами. Підказали, де знаходяться зарядки для електромобілів: є як звичайна, так і швидка зарядка — для власників електрокарів це справжня знахідка! Також підказали, де можна обміняти валюту, і взагалі підійшли до ситуації з великим довірою та розумінням: навіть якщо не вийшло одразу оплатити, можна було зробити це зранку — це рідкість і дуже цінно. Потішило й те, що в готелі можна зупинятися з тваринами — хоч із котиком, хоч із песиком! Сніданки були смачні, атмосфера затишна, персонал ввічливий. Єдиний момент, який трохи здивував — вранці був контрастний душ, що було не дуже приємно. Але загалом враження залишилися дуже позитивні. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Готель по міркам европи, дуже гарний серві, чудовий зручний номер, єдина проблема була це неприємний запах з каналізації у ванній, але я думаю, що це у найближчому часі поправлять. Неймовірно приємні дівчата на рецепції ❤️

Чудовий готель, максимально комфортний, інтер‘єр приємний оку. Вдале розташування, не виходячи з будівлі можна потрапити в трц, в ресторан. Особливо вдячні за обслуговування адміністратору Тетяні з рецепції У вартість включено дуже пристойний сніданок, не оминайте увагою грузинський ресторан Ґварі, не пожалкуєте.

Зручне розташування. Сучасний дизайнерський ремонт. Привітний персонал. Сніданок включено у вартість. Постіль м'яка і зручна. Все все необхідне є і навіть більше: чайник, чай, кава, цукор, гарненький чашечки з блюдцями, фен, мило, шампунь, кондиціонер, тапочки, нитки, щітка для взуття. Міні бар за додаткову плату.

Вдруге зупиняємся з собакою, обирали стандартні номери. Не зважаючи на правило щодо ваги собаки, нам пішли на зустріч й вітали з дещо більшим псом. Дуже якісно та чисто, зручний санвузол (в т ч для лап собаки), простий та зручний паркінг, поруч трамвай. Любим Вінницю, не бачу сенсу обирать інший готель.
