Чудовий, затишний двір, італійський дворик дуже красивий, справді створює відчуття затишку. Готель розташований на тихій вулиці Отамановського і близько до центру міста. В ресторані добре харчують. І проживання в напівлюксі входить сніданок, в кімнаті, яка недалеко від номера. Є претензії до самого номера. Ми були пара в номері, нам потрібно було двоспальне ліжко, а там були окремі ліжка. Добре, що там був ще диван і ми розклали його, і зробили двоспальним. Але це зробили ми, а не керівництво готелю, воно повинне було про це подбати. Щоб був напівлюкс із двоспальним ліжком і з окремими ліжками. Дуже вузько в туалетній кімнаті сідати на унітаз людині крупної комплекції. З балкону - гарний вигляд у двір. Сісти за стіл не було змоги, треба було самим переставляти меблі. Непродумано. Обслуговування було добрим, усе необхідне нам давали. Інтернет працював, можна підключитись, нормально. Душ нормальний. Інтер'єр номера - гарний!

Завтрак включён.Вкусно готовят.Есть ванные принадлежности.Удобная кровать.Есть кондиционер.

В ванной не работает вытяжка.Не регулируется електросушилка,стоит на максимум,поэтому в ванной некомфортно находиться,очень душно. Там же на полу были волосы,видимо от предыдущих гостей.Номер не был полностью подготовлен для нашего заселения.В номер завтрак не приносят,нужно самому идти заказывать ,ждать пока приготовят и нести в номер.

Выезжал в 7-30, на пол часа раньше завтрака (8-00). Сообщил об этом персоналу, в условиях было обусловлен сухой поек, как компенсация. Спустившись в 7-15 с удивлением узнал, что для меня готовят горячий завтрак. Респект и уважуха!!!!
