Були з сімʼєю проїздом,всього на день,але отримали дуже гарне враження! Привітний персонал,чистий ,охайний номер з чистою постіллю ,приємним запахом. Сніданок - шведська лінія,гарний вибір та дуже смачно. Буде нагода - завітаємо ще ♥️

Зупинявся в цьому готелі у відрядженні. На жаль, у день мого від'їзду мені стало зле, і довелося викликати швидку допомогу. У такий момент, коли всі думки зайняті самопочуттям, адміністративні питання відходять на другий план. Співробітниці готелю – Ольга, Дарія та Адріана (сподіваюся, правильно написав імена) – проявили виняткову людяність і розуміння. Вони не лише постійно цікавилися моїм станом і питали, що ще могли б зробити, а й дозволили мені та моїм колегам, які мені допомагали, виїхати з номера пізніше встановленого часу, не вимагаючи за це жодної додаткової плати. Ця можливість затриматися була критично важливою, бо дала мені час оговтатися та встигнути на важливий потяг. На мій досвід, такий рівень сервісу, турботи про клієнта та готовності зрозуміти ситуацію повністю відповідає найкращим практикам європейських розвинених країн. Я щиро вдячний Ользі, Дарії та Адріані за їхню підтримку та професіоналізм. Завдяки таким співробітникам, у цей готель хочеться повернутися. Наполегливо рекомендую цей готель за високий рівень сервісу та підхід до клієнта. Бажаю вам усього найкращого. Я обов'язково зупинюся у вас знову за першої ж нагоди.

Класний готель, сервіс. Рекомендую всім, хто не хоче обирати туристичний центр, а приїздить у Львів по справах, або проїздом. Мабуть, один з лідерів у рейтингу ціна//якість

Надзвичайно сучасний новий Luxury готель! Олна біда - сніданок. Він з 08.00 Не взмозі дочекатися, прийшов о 07.45 і побачив там чимало змордованих голодом людей які не їли усю ніч:( Усі вони дуже хотіли їсте вже кілька годин, у їхніх очах був глибокий сум. Жіночка за стійкою жорстко забороняла торкатися їжі, мовляв: "у нас сніданок із восьмої!" Але навіть вже і після восьмої не все було готово. Зрештою все пройшло мирно, люди все-таки дісталися їжі.

Зупинялись в цьому готелі разів 4. Завжди брали номер стандарт. В готелі чисто (окрім вікон та тюлей), гарно, привітний персонал, смачний сніданок. Цього разу вирішили взяти люкс з ванною і розчарувались( У ванній кімнаті підлога «крижана» була, добре, що чоловік розібрався як вмикається тепла підлога і накрутив щось там. Була б сама - просто морозила б собі ноги. Ванна стоїть напроти вікна виглядає гарно і цікаво, але вікно зашторюється тоненькою шторкою, і ти не розумієш бачать тебе там люди, так як ти їх, чи ні. А ще, наче було б цікаво розширити і дивитись на вулицю, але тоді і тобою будуть милуватись. Або можна закрити повністю білими жалюзами і дивитись на них. Задумка втрачається. Світло біле, не затишне як для такої ванної. В номері теж було холодно. Включити батареї, вони так шуміли, що довелось вимкнути. Така ж «голосна» історія і з холодильником. Як реактивний літак гудів. Двері в номер закриваються не плотно, світло з коридору через них заходить в номер. Одним словом шкода переплачених коштів.

Дуже задоволені відпочинком у цьому готелі. Перше, що нам сподобалося — наявність парковки. Далі нас зустріла рецепція: персонал люб’язно поселив, усе підказав і допоміг. Номер невеликий, тому для тривалого перебування може бути не надто комфортно, але у нас була робоча поїздка, тож нам усе підходило. Чистота — на відмінно. Є міні-косметика, тапочки, пакети для прання білизни — це дуже зручно, якщо потрібні щодня свіжі речі. Ціну не пригадаю, але була цілком адекватна. Окремий балкон, вигляд такий собі, але не було додатково шуму, тому норм. Сніданок проходить у лобі, яке саме по собі дуже атмосферне: гарна музика, приємний дизайн. Наповнення їжі достатнє, все свіже, смачна кава, соки (а соки на сніданку в готелях трапляються рідко, тож це великий плюс!). Також немає сторонніх запахів — це просто ідеально. Заходиш у готель, і тебе супроводжує приємний аромат. Поряд є ресторан, за що — окремий плюс. Їжа була дуже смачна, сервіс на високому рівні. Єдине, що трохи зіпсувало враження — запах старої хати. Розумію, що в декорі використано багато елементів старовини, але можна було б додатково подбати про ароматизацію, щоб цього уникнути.

Дуже сподобався!!!Готель надсучасний, комфортний! Жили в тримісному номері: дуже просторий(більший ніж на фото), велике ліжко, зручно спати з дитиною. Смачний сніданок. Великий вибір страв: солодке, фрукти, сир , молочні сніданки, м'ясо, кава, напоі. Є парковка!!ціни на проживання демократичні!
