The hotel and restaurant complex "Khutorok Chudodievo" is located on the shore of the lake, surrounded by a coniferous forest, 15 km from Zhytomyr. On the closed territory of the complex, there are comfortable wooden cottages of the "semi-luxury" and "luxury" categories, as well as modern "Chudo Village" cottages. The interior is made in folk style using natural materials. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of entertainment and opportunities for active recreation: hiking, cycling, boating, catamarans, swimming in the lake, fishing, equipped open fields for playing football, volleyball, tennis, paintball; in winter, skiing, sledding and horse-drawn carriage. There is a separate children's playground. There is an apiary "Pchelandiya" on the territory of the complex. A "Russian" bathhouse is at guests' disposal, and it is also possible to order a massage. The two-story restaurant of the "Khutorok Chudodievo" complex is decorated with ethnic motifs in the interior. In addition to the restaurant, there is a large and small hut, a summer bar, a summer playground and gazebos. Author's Ukrainian cuisine is on the menu. Были здесь не первый раз, и будем приезжать еще. Хорошая и ухоженная территория. Рядом лес с чистым воздухом. Так приятно было засыпать и просыпаться под пение птиц. Есть своих два озера. Можно покататься на катамаране. Поиграть в теннис или покататься на велосипеде. Ресторан здесь неплохой. Все блюда, которые мы ели, нам понравились. Можно заказать свежую рыбу, которую поймают в озере. Вежливый персонал. Понравились завтраки они питательные, и есть что выбрать.

Были проблемы с бронированием беседки возле ресторана. В домике мало освещения. Уборка была на троечку.

Отдыхаем здесь уже третий раз. Здесь уютно в любое время года. Идеальное соотношение цен и предоставляемых услуг. Хорошее расположения. Разнообразная природа вокруг. Обслуживание проживающих, на высоте. Всюду чисто. Уютные комнаты в домике.

Нет мини холодильника. Летом без него трудно обойтись. Иногда мешают шумные компании , которые громко гуляют допоздна.

Шикарное место для отдыха, природа сказочная, территория ухоженная, номера комфортные, уютные, чистые; персонал приветливый, обслуживание на высоте, еда вкусная.

Иногда приходилось очень долго (гораздо дольше положенного времени) ждать заказа в ресторане.
