The private estate "U Katerina" is located one kilometer from the center of Volovets. The picturesque nature of the Carpathians, the well-developed infrastructure of the Volovets resort contribute to a diverse and full-fledged recreation. The farmstead "U Katerina" is a three-story building, with the possibility of accommodating 25 guests. There is a Wi-Fi zone, a communal kitchen, a hairdryer and a washing machine, and parking on site. On the first floor there is a separate entrance, a common equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 double rooms and 2 four-bed rooms. On the second floor of the estate is the host's room. Садиба знаходиться у зручному місці (не в самому центрі, тому тут тихо і не гамірно). Господиня (Катерина Павлівна) - привітна і гостинна пані. Смачно готує. Кімнати прості і комфортні, ну нам сподобалось тут проживати. Ванна кімната на поверсі, не в номері. Пощастило, що нікого більше не було, тож була лише в нашому розпорядженні. Ми не приїхали сюди по басейнах відкисати, а в гори ходити. Нам потрібне було місце для відпочинку і сну, садиба для цього добре підходить. Ціни, мабуть, найнижчі в селищі, ну, принаймні, дешевших не знайшли. Тож рекомендую!

Очень милая бабушка Екатерина. Шёл большой ливень, но она всё равно вышла нас встречать, по нашей просьбе, дала свою большую кастрюлю, которою перед этим ещё раз помыла. Всё чисто и аккуратно. На утро когда проснулись, не могли найти свою обувь, оказывается бабушка её поставила сушить. Было очень уютно и по-домашнему. Разрешили остаться до вечера, ведь поезд был на 22:00. Очень красивый вид из окна.
Минусов так и не нашли.
