Були в гостях у Буквіля в березні 2024р. Номер, спа, джакузі на даху, обслуговування, все чудово! Дівчата на рецепшені, ви просто красунечки! Дякуємо за чудові вихідні! Єдине, що додала би, це сніданки, а все інше 5 зірочок. Бажаю миру і вдячних гостей. До зустрічі наступного року.

Все відмінно окрім шумоізоляції - деякі гості вночі дуже гучно відпочивають. Місцезнаходження топове. Біля готелю 2 прокати, на які діє знижка для жителів цього готелю. До найближчого схилу до 5 хвилин (схил слабенький, проте з нього можна спуститися до більш складних).

Понравился нам отель , чистота в номерах на высшем уровне , белоснежные полотенца и постель ( для меня это важно) халатики для всей семьи ! Девочки постоянно обновляли полотенца и все что было нужно . Приятный персонал . Отель в современном стиле . Жили в номере люкс с Болконом с видом на горы . Завтраки тоже меня полностью устроили . Все вкусно и даже полезно ! Причем можно заказать в номер . Есть игровая комната для детей . Все продуманно 👍 Были в феврале 2024 года

Чудовий отель, мали відпочивати там у кінці січня 24-го, але захворіли. До заселення залишалось 3-4 дні, за правилами ми втрачали гроші за бронювання, але менеджер сказала, що спробує заселити когось на ці дні... Дякуючи адміністрації ми за тиждень отримали 100% повернення грошей і уже плануєм відпочинок кінець бернзня. Дякую, ви мій улюблений отель у Поляниці. Номера суперові, кафешка смачна і зручна, СПА - топчик після катання.

Їздили відпочивати з подругою удвох, спочатку вказала номер з окремими ліжками, але потім, подумали, що буде зручніше одне, я повідомила про це, запитала чи можливо все таки одне ліжко на що мені відповіли, що без проблем, але заселили таки в номер з окремими. Ну це нюанс. З позитивного: чистий, охайний, теплий номер, привітний персонал. Гарне спа, але невелике. Сподобалось джакузі на 6 поверсі, з можливістю покурити кальян з гарним краєвидом. Стосовно сніданків: дуже посередні, вибір великий, але по смаку, не те. Рис з ковбасками був дуже жирний, а наступний сніданок з креветками - був пересоленим, ніби креветки в солі вимочили. Загалом сніданки на 4/10. Інше з меню все сподобалось, піца, паста, салати та десерти були смачними, помірні ціни. Загалом враження хороші, повернулась б ще сюди.

Обслуговування та персонал -10/10 ! Співвідношення ціни та якості ! Видно, що персонал дуже старається ! Готель новий , усе чистенько , спа нове, на даху 2 відкритих джакузі також з баром ! Ресторан смачний , їла частіше там тому що в інших ресторанах дуже жирна їжа ! До підйомника не далеко , хв 7 йти , приїхати на лижах можна прям до готелю , до нього є спуск з траси напряму ! Это был прекрасный отдых, все безумно понравилось. Очень приятный персонал, отель расположен достаточно удобно, номера хорошо убраны и сделаны со вкусом. Особенно понравилась территория для отдыха рядом с отелем. Ездили всей семьей и остались очень довольны.
