Очень крутое место , обслуживание хорошее,убирают каждый день , чисто, завтраки на высшем уровне, персонал приятный, цена соответствует, рекомендую.

Були у корпусі White . Ціна - якість) Сподобалось, повернемось ще. Сніданки прекрасні. З мінусів, не сподобався хамам, дуже гаряча підлога, мало хто зможе туди зайти. І там немає додаткової води( в хамамі). Є баня, басейн та джакузі. Номер був чистим) Місця для парковки багато

Відпочиваємо вже вдруге, перший раз був в серпні 2023 року, недоліків було небагато, тому вирішили повернутись сюди вдруге вже весною 2024. На жаль, відпочинок був куди гіршим. Саме в день перед нашим приїздом сталась пожежа в корпусі Black, в якому ми попередньо забронювали номер. Нас без попереджень та пояснень поселили в корпус White (який є дешевший та старіший), в разі якщо нас це не влаштовує ми можемо виїхати. Люди які можуть відпочити 1-2 рази на рік, очікують на відпочинок, а не в зʼясуванні що сталося і на вирішення цих проблем. Все що нам запропонували за те що ми будемо не в тому корпусі та не в тому спа що ми хотіли це знижку у вигляді 10%. При тому що ці 10% були відраховані з вартості корпусу Black, та корпус White сам по собі є дешевший. Навіть коли вирішили проблеми у корпусі Black, переселитись туди нам ніхто не запропонував. Зверніть увагу, будь ласка, на те , що місце для сніданку в одному приміщенні для двох корпусів дуже мало, а також на чистоту басейнів. Звісно плюси теж є, і вони вагомі, але ситуацію що стались вони не змогли перекрити. Чи повернемось ми в 3тє, велике питання.

Готель гарний. Номер просторий, чистий. Кухня дууже смачна, персонал в ресторані просто прекрасний. Єдиний мінус це спа, занадто маленьке на таку кількість номерів. В той час коли ми відпочивали було дуууже багато дітей, джакузі завжди було переповнене, одну із саун тимчасово зачинили, аромокімната один день була включена, на наступний вже ні.. ну таке собі. Халати, до речі, платні та ще й подерті пояси. 🤨

Готуючись до відпочинку, читала відгуки щодо холодної та занадто хлорированої води у басейнах та черг в спа, черг на сніданок, недостатнього прибирання, скриплячі ліжка та погану шумоізоляцію. На щастя, нічого з того з нами не трапилося! Хоча, ліжко справді місцями скрипіло, та спати це не заважало. Мова йде про корпус Black. Всі фото, що є на сайті збігаються з реальністю. В нас були два номери стандарт на 2 поверсі. Чисті, дуже теплі. Телевізори зі смарт тв, гарний вай фай, холодильник, вода. Чайника немає, але по запиту надають. Сейф відсутній. Горяча вода в будь який період дня є, неприємного запаху в ванній кімнаті немає. Прибирають кожного дня з заміною рушників. Чутність: звуки з коридору чути, в деяких номерах чутно роботу насосу. Спа: дуже чисто, доволі просторо, басейн дійсно теплий, джакузі гаряча, вода не містить хлорки стільки, щоб заважало, бані-сауни - все, як треба. Є шухлядки для речей, фен. Нюанси: халати надаються за 100 грн кожний (єдиноразовий платіж) та більшість з них вже час замінити, зі спа до номера можна потрапити тільки через лобі, де постійно відчиняються вхідні двері. Дитяча кімната: є м'який лабіринт та пластиковий будиночок. Ресторан: затишний, кухня смачна, ціни +/- середні по Буковелю. Сніданок входить у вартість номеру, різноманітний, навіть із шампанським. Кавових машин три, черг не було при повному заселенні. Часто жива музика і на сніданок і на вечерю. Сб-неділя навіть спеціальні програми. Є можливість замовити їжу до лобі, номера, або віднести їжу або напої до номера самостійно, посуд заберуть під час прибирання, або можно залишити його біля дверей і дівчата прибируть його раніше. Персонал: приємний, ввічливий, навіть дружній. Реагують на всі забаганки гостей. У готелі доступне розміщення із песиками до 7кг. Сімей з тваринами було достатньо і треба розуміти, що вдень ви будете їх чути. Вночі питань не було. До ресторану із тваринами заборонено, та можно вільно замовляти їжу у лобі і перебувати з ними там. За тварин беруть задаток, який повертають у разі відсутності зіпсованого майна. Прокат спорядження: є у приміщенні готелю, ціни приємні. На території є кальян бар (окремо). Територія: біля готелю прогулятися нема де, одразу потрапляєш на проїжджу дорогу. Краєвиди з вікон гарні, але на верхніх поверхах. В цілому ми дуже задоволені відпочинком в цьому місці!
