Повернулася з Буковелю 01.03.24р., зупинялися в Грофі. Відтепер я - їх фанат! Готель - поруч з витягом №1, зручна лижна кімната, де можна орендувати спорядження (хороша якість та роблять снижки), зручний номер з видом на 1 трасу (є все необхідне по мінімуму, без наворотів: балкон, хороший напір гарячої води, можливість просушити одяг, бутилки з питною водою, заварка, цукор). Шведська лінія в ресторані - я б поставила 10 балів з 5-ти : передбачені всі смаки і, навіть, подбали про тих, хто хоче кататися з 8,30 , і зробили зручні режими годування. Персонал свою роботу виконує непомітно, але завжди можна звернутися, допоможуть (подовжили нам на півдня пребування в готелі, а на початку заселили раніше). Так, немає саун, джакузі, але за релаксом ми ходили в VODA, зате ціни за номер дуже помірні(це зі сніданком та вечерею). Рекомендую, дуже достойний готель!

Відпочивала з дітками ,зустріла чудова адміністратор, заселили вранці, номер був вільний (ми були дуже раді, бо тільки з потяга).Відпочили ,набралися чудових вражень.Привітний персонал. Великим плюсом є ,дитяча кімната.

Чудові враження від GROFA! Провели 4 незабутні дні відпочинку, привітний молодий персонал, чисті номери, поруч з готелем підйомник, є парковка, дитяча кімната, особливо вразила кухня, щоденно різні сніданки та вечеря, смачні та вишукані, було відчуття, що ніби кожного дня святковий вечір))) а ще з нами була наша кішка, що не могло не тішити, бо ми всією сім'єю були разом! Щиро вдячні за радушний прийом! Процвітання вам та миру всім нам!!!💙💛💖

Відпочивали у лютому 2024. Все чудово, рядом з R1, двохразове харчування - шведський стіл. І головне це чудовий персонал.

Неймовірний готель! Провели тут корпоративний відпочинок, адміністратори люб'язно чекали остаточної відповіді щодо бронювання, все підказала, як треба! Номери чисті, зручні та затишні, кожен день прибирали та приносили водичку. З номера відкривався найкращий вид, до першого підйомника 2 хвилини пішки. В готелі є прокат спорядження, дуже зручно, що харчування (сніданки та вечері) входять у вартість, супер смачна, свіжа та поживна їжа (шведський стіл), приємний персонал, чудова кішечка, господиня готелю! 100% буду радити цей готель для відпочинку в будь-яку пору року і неодмінно сама повертатимусь.

Готель, в якому відчуваєш себе по-домашньому. Із плюсів: - чудове розташування: до центру 5 хвилин, до 1 підйомника 2 хвилини; - смачна їжа: у вартість було включено сніданки і вечері за системою шведський стіл, їжа дуже смачна, особливо випічка; - гарна атмосфера та зручність: готель має свою кішечку, яка додає затишку, є дитяча кімната; до новорічних свят все було дуже красиво прикрашено, також сподобався панорамний ліфт і те,що на кожному поверсі є кулер з гарячою і холодною водою; - номера містять все необхідне для комфортного. Із мінусів: - не вистачало міні-холодильника в номері;є
