"Phoenix Relax Park" is a cottage town with its own infrastructure in the heart of the Carpathians (Polyanytsia, Bukovel). The area of the complex is 17 hectares, on which there are more than 126 houses and two buildings with apartments. All rooms are well furnished, have air conditioning, private bathroom, terrace or balcony. There is a restaurant serving Ukrainian cuisine on the territory of the hotel complex. There is a SPA complex on the territory of the "Phoenix Relax Park" complex - the pools of the center are paid for, two outdoor pools, a restaurant, areas for hiking and sports, separate areas for children. Transfer services are provided to visitors for an additional fee. Laundry and ironing services are available for a fee. Були заселенi не у своєму номерi, нам предложили iнакший, щоб ми не чекали ( лiпше би зачекали ). Вид хороший, сонце вже з 6 ранку, проблема з дверима, нам робили дверi 2 днi, вiдкрити i закрити не було можливостi, треба було вилазити через балкон. Сервiс приємний, але ганчiрка з губкою, можна було б забрати, щоб ми не бачили це при входi у котедж, в деякiй посудi найшли волосся, пилюка на шафi. їду вигiднiше замовити з iнакшого мicця, занадто дорого. Будьте уважнi, питайте цiну таксi завчасно, у Фенiкс з Яремче заплатили 800 грн, а назад 1000 грн, при тому, що нас дальше вiд Яремче висадили ( На водоспадi ). Сподобалось красиве озеро з рибками, зоопарк там на реконструкцiї, березове мiсце, то там їх тiльки посадили i вони маленькi, портить вид стройка, яких там 2 або 3.

Дуже гарний сервіс і територія. Їжа в основному ресторані була смачна, навідміну від гастропабу, але там сподобались кальян і коктейлі. Сподобалось, що в SPA було не багато людей і ми спокійно відпочили. Дуже ввічливий персонал. На території комплексу багато розваг для дитини
