Все прекрасно! На кухне чай, кофе, вода и т.д. Даже тапочки)) есть. Люба очень доброжелательна. Спасибо за комфорт))

Очень понравилось, что все четко, без заминок, накануне пришла смс с подробным описанием информации, куда и как идти. Приехали немного раньше времени заезда, но проблем не возникло, нас сразу же разместили. Когда возникла необходимость на несколько часов продлить время выезда, тоже быстро решили все вопросы. Спасибо за гостеприимность!!!

Негативных эмоций не было вообще.

Чисто, удобное расположение, поселение/выселение без проволочек, бронировка без предварительной оплаты, близко метро, тихо, спутникове ТВ.

Атмосфера добродушная. Стены не картонные, не слышно, как сосед кашляет. Мебель качественная, чистая и ухоженная. Комната уютная. Высокие потолки- много воздуха. Душевая кабина идеально чистая, без признаков плесени и тп. Постель чистая и новая. Тапочки есть одноразовые. Напольное покрытие чистое и качественное. Кафе и рестораны очень близко от гостиницы, в том же здании.

Нет в номере зубной щетки, зубной пасты, шампунь тоже отсутствует. Нет завтраков, нет комнаты для курильщиков.

Понравилось все - чистота, отношение и обслуживание персонала, расположенность самого отеля; комфортный номер со всеми необходимыми атрибутами как для деловой поездки, так и для туристической или м\семейного отдыха в столице. Очень довольна!!!

Расположение отеля, чистота в номерах и местах общего пользования, хорошее состояние и уровень отделки помещений, дружелюбный персонал, завтраки

Подъезд дома в котором расположенна квартира-отель несколько настораживает и создает не очень приятное впечатление до входа в сам отель. Размещение в двухместном номере с раздельными кроватеми.

Гостиница очень понравилась. Удобное месторасположение в центре города. Отличный персонал - дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Симпатичный дизайн номеров. В номерах очень комфортно и чисто. Прекрасная цена и соответствующее качество. Очень довольны выбором гостиницы. Спасибо за сервис!
