Чистые номера, тепло. Персонал старается, девочкам спасибо.

Нет горячей воды. Завтраки скудные - шведский стол light, super light. В номере не было лампочек в светильниках. Двери в санкомнату перекошенные. Очень "крутой" минибар - вода 0,5 не известного производителя, сладкие батончики, семечки Хомка и орешки для пива. И это в сети Reikartz! Неожиданно. Грустно.

Номер был просторный, чистый и светлый. Утро было солнечным, так что в ванной не пришлось даже свет включать для дополнительного освещения. Кровать была достаточно жесткая. Обслуживание как всегда на высоте.

Нас было двое, но нам дали только один комплект полотенец и тапочек, хотя мы заранее предупреждали. После обращения к администратору все вопросы решаются.

Приветливый персонал! Наличие подземного паркинга - так, что за машину ночью переживать не придется....

Соотношение цена / качество. Максимальная цена на мой взгляд не дотягивает до 400 грн.

Понравилось,прежде всего вежливость персонала, особенно ресепшн,бармена и поваров.Пожелания : заменить подушки на более мягкие и большие и заменить телевизор на ЖК. Успехов и удачи всем!

Очень уютная и респектабельная гостиница в тихом центре Полтавы, комфортные номера с кондиционерами, отзывчивый, приветливый персонал, хорошая кухня. Если получится еще раз приехать в Полтаву, то обязательно выберем именно этот отель.

Все чистенько и аккуратненько. Персонал вежливый, удивило, то что парковка автомобиля не на улице, а в персональном гараже. В общих чертах понравилось все!

В номере очень много свободного места, я думаю не мешало добавить какой-нибудь мебели!
