Приличный отель. Небольшой, но уютный номер. В нем чисто, все красиво. При заезде нас угостили бесплатным кофе. Еда нормальная. Были одноразовые тапочки. Чистые полотенца и шампунь.

Не было халатов. Резкие перепады воды в душе, то гарячая ,то холодна я.

Неплохой отель. Цена за проживание и оказываемые здесь услуги, вполне сопоставимы. Персонал понравился. Вежливые и стараются все сделать хорошо. В номере спалось комфортно. Тишина и удобный матрас этому способствовали. Завтрак стоимостью 95 грн, меня полностью устроил. Есть фен и гигиенические принадлежности. Также своя парковка.

Громко работал джакузи. Слабый кондиционер. Неудобное расположение, если идти пешком.

в целом гостиница оставила позитивные впечатления, тепло в комнате, достаточно чисто и аккуратно. хорошая пастель, не скрипучая :). приятно удивил завтрак, фуршет, не большой ,но думаю каждый что-то для себя найдет.

основные претензии к ванной комнате: - в самой ванной комнате очень холодно; - у душа отваливалась лейка

Повторное уведомление за день до заезда, скорость поселения, цветовая гамма номера

Плохая шумоизоляция - на этаже открывается вдерь, а чувство будто открыли в твой номер, немного продавленый матрац

Кофе/чай в фойе. Еду можно заказать в номер. Хороший Wi-Fi. Персонал не напрягает.

Не всегда вовремя приносили еду. Не идеально чистый пол в номерах. Заканчиваются чашки для кофе/чая.

читая и уютная гостиница,комфортно,красиво вокруг и в номере.хороший персонал.стоит своих денег.

Для такой гостиницы должны быть предусмотрены в номере одноразовые тапочки. Завтрак так себе, но сытно.

Чисто, уютно, просторно, красиво. Вежливый персонал, новое здание.

Далековато от метро, от кроватей в номере отвалились боковые планки.

Невеличкий акуратний, а головне - свіжий номер.

кімнатне взуття та послуги (банальна праска!!!) треба заказувати додатково і за окрему немалу плату - десь 10% вартості номера!!! непродумана сантехніка і вентиляція - протяг у санвузлі і в той же час неприємний запах пів години видавали документи про проживання, в результаті видали на сусідню Нивки плазу...
