Хороший отель. Внимательный и приветливый администратор Олег. Во всем помогал. Отличное расположение отеля. Летом здесь отдыхать очень понравилось.

Единственное, что горничным, во время уборки в заселенном номере, нужно поучиться вести себя правильно.

Проживание в отеле понравилось. Удобно и комфортно. Номер просторный и уютный. Кровать большая, спится великолепно. Есть гардероб и раскладной диван. Прекрасная природа с балкона. Все отлично.

В вечернее время было слабоватое освещение. Светильники были только на стене, а верхнего света не было. В прихожей и гардеробе он есть.

Комфортный отель, недалеко от подъемника, удобные номера, большая ванная комната ну с очень теплым полом, большущая кровать, ненавязчивое обслуживание.

Нестабильный WiFi, телевизор маловат и и каналов тоже маловато.

Чисто, отличное расположение, теплые полы в санузле, чайник в номере, вода. После выезда доступен душ, туалет, можно оставить вещи и идти кататься.

Нет своего ресторана-кафе. Нет отдельной комнаты для хранения вещей после выезда, все вещи лежат в коридоре.

Прекрасный отель за такие деньги, чистые просторные номера (жили в номере "комфорт"), ежедневная уборка номеров, каждый день бонусом была вода + косметика для ванной. Отличное расположение (в самом центре Буковеля).

Ковровое покрытие в обеих номерах "комфорт" в пятнах, а диваны в разводах и пятнах.

Очень большой комфортный номер с гардеробной. Удобная кровать. Ежедневная уборка номера. Ежедневное предоставление питьевой воды и туалетных принадлежностей. Приветливый персонал, особенно на ресепции. Цены в мини-баре дешевле чем в магазинах Буковель)

Слышно было работу строителей соседнего отеля.

Відпочивали на початку липня. Сподобалось усе! Дуже привітний та професійний персонал готелю - це і ще дуже великий плюс до відпочинку у Карпатах! Радимо усім відпочивальникам цей готель!

Отдыхали в номере Люкс. Две спальни, прихожая, гардеробная и большой санузел с ванной. Приветливый персонал. Всё чисто и аккуратно.

Отличное рассположение отеля. Проживали в номере N40, очень просторный номер (3 комнаты), очень тёплый, хорошая шумоизоляция, санузел с подогревом пола ( что очень удобно).

Конкретно номер 40 без балкона, а так как я курящий то не было возможности покурить не выходя из отеля. В одной из спален нету телевизора, отсутствие ресторана в самом отеле.

комната, шкаф (как полкомнаты :)), ребята на ресепшине очень вежливые и приветливые, чистота, уют, спокойствие, удобные кровати, хороший диван для третьего взрослого.

мы забыли электрочайник дома, а в гостинице внутри нет бара/кафе или чего-то подобного, где можно заказать и попить горячего, не выходя на улицу. Но, возможно, если бы мы попросили, нам бы помогли и этот вопрос решить ко всеобщему удовольствию.
