Все необхідне в номері було. Дуже задоволена, що ванна кімната в номері. Персонал ввічливий. Все влаштовувало. В номері було тепло. Дискомфорту не відчувала.

Важко вперше попасти в готель, так як вхід непомітний. Варто влаштувати вказівник, за яким можна було б орієнтуватися.

Отличное место. Отель приятный для проживание. Вежливый персонал. В коридоре и номере была чистота. Было тихо, мы хорошо засыпали. Также здесь тепло. Еда вкусная.

Расположение было на территории рынка. Поэтому, вечером попасть в отель, можно только через охранника, который откроет вам все замки.

Нормальный номер. Все чисто. Есть интернет Wi-Fi. Было две кровати, тумбочки, стол, вешалка для одежды. Место для курения. Персонал хороший. С обязанностями справляется. Постель удобная. В номере было тепло.

Нет посуды. Отсутствовали одноразовые тапочки.

Персонал хороший. Вежливые, все стараються сделать, как можно быстрее. Если что нужно помогут. В номере было чисто, да и по всему отелю также. Еда средняя. Сделан ремонт. Было тепло и уютно. Туалет и душевая на этаже.

Отель находится на территории рынка. Вечером чтобы в него попасть, нужно звонить охраннику.

По сравнению с остальными бюджетными гостиницами Кировограда, номера комфортные(сделан современный ремонт), чистые, хорошая постель, есть горячая вода круглосуточно.

Гостиница находится прямо посреди центрального рынка. На машине к ней не подъехать и сложно найти вход из за рыночных палаток. Находится на четвертом этаже, без лифта и соответственно пейзаж из окна открывается "странный".
