Apart-hotel "Georg-Grad" is located at the 16th station of Veliky Fontan, in the "Golden Coast" district, just a 10-minute walk from the best sea beach. Apartment "Georg-Grad" is the best vacation both for two and for a fun company. Guests have at their disposal a wide selection of rooms and cottages with their own entrance, a terrace with deck chairs, a pool in the backyard, a designated area for BBQ and a barbecue (the use of the barbecue is a paid service, only for one room "apartments" the barbecue area is free, as it is from the room there is a separate exit). The territory is equipped with a children's playground with a swimming pool, free individual parking (one parking space per room) and 24-hour security. "Georg-Grad" is a 10-minute walk from the Black Sea coast, 10 km from the airport.

Відпочивали в серпні.все,що описано,майже брехня.Фото старі.Басейн один.Ціни завищені.За такі кошти,краще зняти норм готель.Зони відпочинку не має.Мангал платний.Бар платний у кімнатах.До моря йти 15 хвилин

Были маленькие нюансы но в общем в печетление хорошее,👍вот маленький столик очень не хватало)))халат тапочки, холодильнике напитки разные с шоколадом)👍 к персоналу спасибо, что сказать однозначно советую👍👍👍

Гарне розташування, близько до пляжу Золотий Берег. Чисто, є все необхідне ( було б непогано додати губку на кухню, сковорідку та рушник). Є 2 басейни, щоденно змінюють рушники.

Муж подарил мне на День медицинского работника отдых в Одессе. Через интернет выбрали место проживания в апарт-отеле Georg-Grad по улице Бабушкина, 1. Выбирали наугад. Были приятно удивлены. Очень удобный номер, продумано все для комфортного отдыха, хорошее дизайнерское решение в оформлении номера.Очень понравился бассейн. До моря идти недалеко, рядом супермаркет. Хороший менеджмент, удачно подобраны кадры. Большое спасибо коллективу за приятное пребывание на отдыхе.

Прекрасный отель! Ездили отдохнуть с подругой и получили море впечатлений и удовольствия! Очень большая территория, а главное - комфортные и уютные номера. Понравилось, что отель расположен недалеко от моря. Это его большой плюс!

Понравилась больше всего территория и местоположение отеля. Номер был небольшой, но аккуратный и чистый. Персонал был довольно приветливым и каждый раз интересовались не нужно ли нам что-то. Но самый большой плюс - это вид!
