Все дуже добре. Харчування відсутнє, але є кухня і поряд дуже хороший ресторан, з приємними цінами і смачною кухнею. Поселення з 14:00, але були кімнати готові і нас поселили об 11:00 До центру хвилин 15-20

Номер чистый и уютный , рядом парк и бассейн, приветливый персонал, тихое место

Надо покупать отдельно тапочки (они не входят в стоимость отеля)

Чисто, затишно, великий телевізор.

На території готелю є басейн. Для проживаючи в готелі він платний☹️

Номери-сучасні,комфортні,зручні. В цілому готель-хороший,персонал (ресепшн)- привітний. Із перерахованих у ваучері заселення послуг не було в номерах лише фену,зате була кухня,оснащена холодильники,мікрохвильовкою та електрочайником,що є дуже добре.Є можливість доставити в 2місні номери додаткове місце для дитини за 1/3 вартості ,що теж добре

Немає кондиціонера в номерах,а це-величезна проблема влітку,тому що спати-неможливо,вологе прохлороване повітря з басейнів тільки погіршує ситуацію,якщо відкрити вікна,то чудово чути,як відпочивають люди,і стає дуже шумно,особливо зі сторони вулиці, де теж є парк розваг,і молодь розважається майже до ранку. Проте персонал відгукнувся на нашу скаргу і дав вентилятор в номер, сказали,що мають скоро встановити кондиціонери. Тому спитайте про це при заселенні обов'язково. Окремо хочу зупинитись на ресторані,що знаходиться на території готелю.Можливо,там-інший господар,але саме рестораном ми розчаровані. Ціни-трохи "кусаються", а якість-не дуже. Найбільше вразило обслуговування ресторану,персонал нічого не встигає. Знаючи заздалегідь,що прийде їсти група,ми чекали довго свого замовлення і ходили по декілька разів просити пришвидшитись. Хліба в них не виявилось,хоча він був оплачений,і можна було при великому бажанні персоналу сходити в супермаркет та докупити його,а не розводити руками. В останній день взагалі ми тричі переконували різних людей на барі,ЩО саме замовляли, і питали,чому нічого не несуть,а вони здивовано на нас дивились....Немає чіткої організації,відповідальності та пунктуальності. Думаю,справа в тому,що кількості персоналу просто не вистачає на всіх відвідувачів,проте це,вибачте,не наші проблеми. Ще на території готелю,прямо під вікнами,є аквапарк. Там завжди багато людей. Можливі знижки на відвідування для табору чи груп з дітьми. Вас відразу попередять,щоб ви стежили за дітьми і не купались в глибокому басейні,якщо не вмієте плавати. Проте люди не слухають(( Будьте пильними і дивіться за дітьми,бо така велика кількість людей в одному басейні-не є добре,ніхто нікого не бачить!!!Вода-дуже хлорована.Біля басейну є тенісний корт та волейбольна площадка. Відпочити є де. А загалом,якщо дотримуватись правил безпеки-можна добре відпочити. Принаймні ,саме в Ужгороді цей заклад користується шаленим попитом.
